  • Recently I have had some difficulties with my mental health and anxiety. I wanted to make a video to open up about how I feel, for myself as well as the hope that somewhere out there, it might help someone else too.

    I know it's a few years on, but I find that physical exercise is the last thing I want to do when I'm depressed or having anxiety, but also the only sure way to pull myself up out of it! Wishing you well.

    No one has a lot of true friends. If you have a couple true friends in your life then you are lucky. I have had generalized anxiety my entire life. I worry too much, I think too much, and I find ways in my head to way too often think of situations turning into doom and gloom. People often tell me they cannot even tell I have anxiety. The battle often rages inside my head alone. When I turned to alcohol as a medicine for my anxiety and worry, that is when it truly became a huge problem. Mindfulness has really helped me with my anxiety, as well as continuing to run and write poetry. You are smart, pretty and interesting. Only a fool would not want to get to know you. Hang in there. My wife introduced me to mindfulness. There some great meditations on TH-cam. Stay strong, and stay sober. 👻
