The thing about magnesium deficiency is you can't always tell by doing blood work, sometimes the amount of magnesium in your blood could show normal while your cell's are out of magnesium.

Yes! Physicians will see a normal serum mag and then rule out magnesium deficiency, even when symptoms suggest otherwise. Better is a magRBC level, or a much more expensive ionized electrolyte study.

I love the magnesium information. One very important thing is that there are different forms of magnesium that have different absorption availability and are used for different things. One may be great for headaches while the other to relieve constipation. I would love a video on the different forms of magnesium and their benefits and downsides. Thank you.

for people that have gut issues, try to use magnesium chloride oil on the skin or foot soaks with magnesium chloride flakes. The skin absorbs best and does not depend on the condition of your gut

I have the symptoms of magnesium deficiency but when I take magnesium my sleep will start getting worse and I’ll start getting tight muscles, and eye twitches.

Consider using B1 50 to 100 mg of B1 with your magnesium. If it doesn't help, co sidereal that you may not need more magnesium.

I take Keto Chow Daily Minerals mixed in a beverage. One tablespoonful provides 400mg of Magnesium.
I began taking this natural product when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis.

A little bit of what I remember:
      Magnesium Glycinate = Relax muscles
      Magnesium L-Theoronate = Calm mind
      Magnesium Taurate = DNA repair/synthesis
      Magnesium Citrate = Loosen stools

@@susonessentials Hi there, my functional medicine Dr put me on magnesium glycinate over 10 years ago & it works well for me. Never had an issue with stomach problems, I believe it helps the severity of my migraines and definitely helps me to relax before bedtime and sleep well. I use Mg-Zyme by Biotics Research take 2 in morning & 2 at night. Also he taught me magnesium oxide is the cheapest form and poorly absorbed magnesium. I'd also like to try the L-threonate someday I believe it crosses the blood brain barrier and can help with cognitive function.
