Does anyone know what website or app he uses to make these videos? Like how to get the blank screen and be able to draw with different colors and stuff?
up to 3:23mins into the video I was fine till the cross multiplies at 3:34 mins. How did the 5 multiply the length of CE. 5 line BC is congruent 3 line CD.
Whatever letter is in the middle is the angle you are referring to. I’m not sure about the first and third letter but for angle C at the beginning it could be in the bigger or smaller so you’d say Angle ACB so you know you are referring to angle C in the bigger triangle. I hope that makes sense and helps.
I have a question... for the second problem, shouldn't you be able to cross multiply DE/4 by 3/5 instead of having to do the whole equation that you showed?
I am getting confused about this. It is hard to explain in this manner though but I will try: When I set up the equivalent proportions for the triangles I am usually wrong which numbers to use. How do I know for sure which side number to use to set up equivalent proportions?
i have the worst geometry teacher. he does care at all. thank you for explaining this clearly
This video was explained better than my teacher! Thank you very much
Too bad my mathematics questions are not as colourful as this... ;-P
I really like just looking over these videos to brush up on some of the basic maths even though I'm in year 12. Thanks a heap Sal!
