Ms. Saloni Khanna is not a 'Professor' or an 'Economist' as she is falsely claiming on the internet..... Ms. Saloni Khanna is just an Assistant Professor teaching on an 'ad- hoc' ( Contract ) basis at Sri Aurobindo College, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.... Earlier, she was teaching in the evening classes of Shahid Bhagat Singh College ( S.B.S.C. ), New Delhi till 2022 but then the management made her quit her ‘job’ due to some ‘controversy’ at her ‘place of work’....... Ms. Saloni Khanna has only completed her B.A. and then M.A. in Eco from HansRaj College, Delhi University ( D.U. ) in around 2018 with around 55 % marks. Forget about UPSC CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION; Ms. Saloni Khanna has not been even able to complete her own P.H.D. till this date… When Ms. Saloni Khanna has not been able to get her P.H.D. degree till this date then how can she get a job as a 'Professor' in any college ???

Actually mentoring or coaching comes from experience or dealing with students. For that you don't need to be a civil servant. Even Civil servants who qualify forget the syllabus once they enter service.
For Example- Sachin Tendulkar is known as God of cricket but he is not a good coach or mentor.
