Even i am using same TPLink Archer A6 router and tried to extend it using Jio Airfiber. But even after following all the steps, i am unable to connect to the TPLink Archer A6 extender, but able to connec to my Jio Airfiber. So can you confirm, to access internet i need to connect to extended TPLink SSID or Jio Airfiber SSID?
Thank you for the video! I have a question because it is no so clear to me... ...this topology has a ISP router before those TP-Link routers, right? I mean, the ISP company's router is working as DHCP and any other router must be set as "DHCP disabled", right? Oh, BTW, those routers must have different Network names or I can use the same name so it could bring a good feature like "roaming" ?
Thank you for the tutorial. My problem is the internet light doesn't blink when working in repeater mode, but good signal. What is your explanation?Pls reply.
Not sure, but may be 1 - We are are using the router as repeater mode and extend or boost the wifi signal 2 - There is not active internet/dhcp/dns in route in extender mode Hope you understand, same behavior of my router as well
I made Archer C6 (my secondary router) as Wi-Fi range extender or Wi-Fi repeater. My main router is TP Link Archer AX73. But there is no green light showing on top of the "Internet" icon (i.e., round circle with another slanting circle on top left side) in my C6 router. Is it working as Wi-Fi range extender or wifi repeater?
There is no led light showing in the Internet icon of the secondary router. My secondary router is TP Link Archer C6 (5th generation) while primary router is TP Link Archer AZ 73 (6th generation). Will the internet speed slow down if I connect to the internet from the 5th generation router?
There is no led light showing in the Internet icon of the repeater / secondary router. My secondary router is TP Link Archer C6 (5th generation) while my primary router is TP Link Archer AZ 73 (6th generation). If the repeater router is 5th generation and the main router is 6th generation with higher speed, shall I get the same speed of 6th generation router if I connect to the internet with the repeater/ secondary router?
