Thanks for clarifying that it's "curry goat" when in JA! Also, saying "chicken curry" is like saying "chicken fried"- not right! Nobody does curry goat and chicken like Jamaicans- not even in India! I like how the Trinidadians frequently use chickpeas as a vegetarian option in their cuisine- very healthy and flavorful, would definitely try it!

Fusion food is the best honestly, I've mainly only had jamaican , indian and Chinese fusion
We do not say 'goat curry' in Trinidad Also, we say 'tambran". "Tambrin' is a goat skin drum.

Just to clarify, we def don’t say “goat curry” in Trinidad , it’s “curry goat” . Not sure where you got that from . Maybe Guyana or something to thinking of.

We had a Chinese Jamaican restaurant growing up in NYC called Naki Saki…
I remember it from years ago. When I moved to Queens, we went there expecting Chinese Jamaican food. Never went back.

I remember this pair of restaurants mostly for the entertainment. Food was rather unimpressive.

Buss up shut is Paratha Roti. Where is this place? Awesome. Matt check out Tawa in Kingston. Curry goat or goat curry a still curry cho 🤣🤣🙏. The small roti for doubles is called Bara. Origin from India. Then the Deen family Trinidad I think 🤔 🙏🙏🙏❤️

One love and much appreciation for the concern. It's an essential tremor that has been passed down from my grandfather to my mother and my self. Doesn't happen all time but I realize that coffee does make it a lot worse and I was downing the coffee the entire week of this shoot. One love and blessings
@@JamaicaFoodBoss I admire how you respectfully explained that the tremor is hereditary. Coffee can exacerbate many issues- for me it makes me nervous and increases my heart rate/blood pressure. Avoid caffeine (coffee, coca cola etc.) for a while and see if it helps!

I realised its something you have lived with all your life or for the most part but you're a very responsible person so I'm always respectful not to pry too much. I realised it was worse on your Instagram upload when you were cutting the meat lastweek. Do you ever take magnesium baths? It's the best trace mineral for soothing the myalin sheath. Walk vare feet as often as you can too and use CBD oil. I believe taking some good ginger shots daily will be excellent for you too as it's a calcium channel blocker and we have the best back home. Would you ever discuss it with us or its too private? ❤

Was just told its not my shaking its the wide lens that we use 8-18 that has a shake in it because it distorts the image and makes the captured video look shakey

I have essential tremors from my grandfather and mom but I got a really bad bout of food poisoning during these episodes with David and just had to try to push trough so I wasn't in the best of shape, dehydrated, swollen lip, scratchy throat you name it and didn't feel well. Thank you for your concern I really appreciate it!

The authentic jamaican food is all over TH-cam. These dishes have a jamaican twist, which is awesome 👌. They are not copying, just showing that they can cook any dish from around the world.
If you noticed how David behaves, he goes to Caribbean islands and ask for Trinidadian food. It's so insulting.
