I’m half Jamaican and patios which is the dialect of Jamaica has influences of Irish, Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, Chinese and German. I’m actually part Chinese to through my Jamaican side, it has heavy influences and immigration. A lot of full blooded Germans that speak patios in Jamaica with a full accent which can be strange😂

Jamaican coffee otherwise called blue mountain coffee is among the best coffee if not the best in the world mate. To say coffee must be great if Italians praised it is saying Italians have the best coffee in the world when in fact its Jamaicans who has the best coffee
In regards to the blue mountain's coffee. The Japanese have been importing 80%of that coffee for many, many years and not many people are aware of it. One love 🇯🇲🇯🇲

Best coffee in the world to me outside of Ethiopia however Guatemala has good coffee too..no one however can compare truly to the most magical beautiful place in all the Caribbean to me..adore all the islands the food people culture glad you enjoyed..much love..one love..respect .
All 14 perishes are so lovely with so much variety of foods and it's prepared so proper with the most over the top flavors..so so delicious
National breakfast. And blue mountain coffee very delicious combo. A surprise to see Trini doubles. Very nice indeed. The pizza guy was amazing, very friendly. And to top it off jerk noodles. Can't go wrong at all. Lovely vibes❤

Saltfish/Ackee.. never had but looks really delicious....the coffees looks so pure/natural....and this was a surprise...Doubles!!!....didn't know they did them there...nice...Jerk meats...Pizzas...Tacos/Fries...Jamaica has so much good foods and everyone is so friendly ...the place is pretty too...Another good one...Thanks David/Matthew/Nate..have a safe day all.....Peace.

Food boss you need to teach these foreigners that the essence of taste is to mix the food in your mouth to get the blended taste not single pieces without gravy or meat
The reason "foreigners" taste the food alone first, is to rate the quality of the ingredients on their own, then we mix it. Otherwise, a bad quality can be covered by spices.

@@NativeNomads10 thanks for replying I was looking at the ackees and even though it looks delicious I couldn't see a speck of black pepper which was a staple when making ackee and saltfish
They are all Jamaicans except for the pizza chef. There are two types of beans for ground pepper, Black and white. I believe they are using the white ground pepper more than the black because some people don't like to see it in their food. It is also said, that the Black Pepper is not healthy aswell but to each is own. I still love to cook with Black Pepper 😊🇯🇲
