- Pier One on the Waterfront is a family owned and operated restaurant by day and club by night. It is one of Montego Bay's prime locations for food drinks and an all out good time. Today we're in the kitchen with Executive Chef Bullings as he fires up some steak and shrimp. Ultimately we're here for the oxtail a sweet cut of meat which is the tail of an ox but is now more common as the tail of ant cattle.

Could watch you eating all day. You describe the food with love and eat like a king. I love oxtail and used to make it. Use to pressure cook and add butter beans at the end. Oh lord I need some. And I am a middle aged white American lady but married to Jamaican man. Learned to eat the good island food. Keep vlogging. Spread the food porn. 😋 Bless up.
