Sooo just put mine in yesterday and I really thought I was going to love them but now I feel like I can’t pull it off.. I went out in public with the space buns and wanted to hide under a rock😭 I took them out and still hoped I wouldn’t see anybody I know… why don’t I feel confident and beautiful?! I have some in that were made for me by a local dread lady in the UK plus some I got online, we braided them in but they feel very heavy and lumpy on my head where they are attached, they look amazing as purple pink and blonde all mixed but I worry how to look after them. One side of my head is shaved anyway so I have one side top and back .

Yep, this is my hair texture to! Just dont braid too tightly! I have 40 DE in my hair rn as my Nape is shaved so I don’t need as many. But my perfect amount would be 60 if they’re on the shmedium side

How do you wash them and do you wash them in your hair?
Same as normal. But personally I don't use as much shampoo as I did when my hair was "free" and no conditioner ad usually the DEs are synthetic

.. then I saw how much you charged for your dreads. And I was and am so disheartened and disappointed and just disgusted.
How do u sleep at night? Knowing that your know very well that grade A dreads cost a FRACTION of what you charge. Your keeping people from the amazing life changing confidence and dread vibes that come with the life altering xtentions..... it makes me sad the money has made u that blind.
Now I don't know ur situation, but if mine needed to.charge that much for dreads, id Def lower the price to all and find another income stream.

Amy Hance, what’s sad is how you clearly don’t understand how business works 🖤 the difference between our company and other talented dreadlock artists is that they are doing it from home, on their own, hardly any business expenses. Us on the other hand? We have 47 employees who deserve to be paid a LIVABLE wage, we also had to purchase a 9000 square foot building for those hard working employees to work in, we also have to pay all kinds of fees such as unemployment, workman’s comp, and so many other things not including taxes. It’s disgusting that you would assume we are ripping people off. It’s disgusting that you would shame others for saving and working hard to be able to wear their dreadlocks with pride. I have never once talked badly about someone’s financial situation or made them feel guilty for going with another amazing dreadlock artist.
You’re right. You don’t know our situation. And you can’t say you used to love us when you clearly have never gotten to know us or the incredible dread community we have built.
If you don’t want to spend the money on ours that’s fine! No one says you had to, but don’t try to invalidate those who do. Hope you find happiness.
The other irony of the situation is that you haven’t ever placed an order with us. Your no is no where in our system 🖤

@@asudedagdeviren3672 let me educate you. Every single culture has had dreadlocks at one point or another. Nordic vikings. Who were white way before other cultures had dreads. Ancient asia....egypt...do some research and youll find a long list of history behind the hairstyle. Its doesnt belong to anyone. Heres a big shocker. Dreadlocks werent even a popular thing with black people untill the 1900s. Dreadlocks are what happens to any kind of hair if you stop brushing it. Now i dont particularly like fake dreads. It tooks years to grow my own NATURALLY i might add and that is more appropriate. As far as it not being a white thing bla bla stick to your own hairstyle bla bla...one could say the same thing about colored people who go and get blond or colored straight weave...is that sticking to their culture. This shit is stupid and what keeps us all divided. Its fucking hair. And we are all one race. The human fucking race. Everyone wants us to be equal but the ones crying wolf wont step up and drop the racism either. Just stop. Focus on love and not being so ready to say sole dumb shit you really know nothing about.
