Result after transplantation of 12890 FUE grafts transplanted in three operations. In the first operation, 7270 grafts were transplanted in two consecutive surgical days. 11 months later, in the second operation, another 3920 grafts were transplanted in one surgical day. 36 months after the second operation, in one surgical day, another 1700 grafts were transplanted. The final result shown is 6 months after the third operation.

If you mix a big extraction of scalp hair with beard hair (and in some non-strategical area even some chest hair) it's actually possibile

@@benchabanehocine7809 no, the grafts are permanent but it will thin a bit when he gets very old because it is natural for everyone's hair including dht resistant hair to thin a bit when one is really old like 70+ but even then, it will look like a full head of hair for his age. He actually doesnt even need minoxidil tbh but using it definitely thickens up his hair a bit more than it would be otherwise.
