cool, but with all the prep and computer work this looks like something that could be done faster and easier by hand with a paper pattern and some cheap tools
Super brilliant. I have a purchased (AliExpress) version of this my Galaxy S10+ fits into like a check book cover; slips in to one side in a portrait format and the other side holds cards in slots with a matching pocket to hold bills, and opposite of yours, the 'full' side is too the outside so the pockets are to the inside. Super saves my phone from ground impacts when dropped and the phone has a thin plastic back hard cover. I will need to make a new custom one soon, so this is an excellent technique (I have a CNC). Love the switches for the vacuum on the table. The drilling is a great idea, as is the edge finishing.
Someone get this man a stitching awl.
Still want to get a CNC for woodworking, but it's never going to touch my leatherwork with cuts looking like those.
Well that's a good example of what not to do
My friend you are so resourceful!! Very impressive
This is awesome! Thanks for sharing.
Good job bro
I’ve never seen scissors used for edge beveling, lol.

Great job! I use a speedy stitcher sewing awl to sew my leather
Great idea, but man, those cut outs look rough. I think I would stick with an exacto knife.
Clamping wasn’t ideal either. In combination with a drag knife for the outer lines and the tool used for the holes it would’ve liked way better.

To think I was going to get a skiver... to the router it goes!
Very cool man. I really like that
Thanks!
please tell me what bit that is you are using for the cut and holes ( in case I missed it)
It’s a 2 flute 60 degree Vee bit.
0:53 Love this moment
Is that leather wet ?
what type of cnc is that
It’s a shapeoko
Качество ужас, для этих целей стоит применить горизонтальный плоттер
