    Dude your tutorials are the best on TH-cam, way under rated. Your instructions are thorough, clear, and concise. Thank you.
    Im gonna be making some copper keys to replace the plastic ones in the kit. After one fall i already wore the plastic keys completely.

      Apologies for the late response. If you have the means of making your own keys out of copper that should work out WAY better than the plastic ones for the long term. 🦾
      Also, thanks for the thoughtful comment. It makes me glad to hear that you find the video informative. 👍

    This Giant Contact Switch dropper post is identical to the Bontrager Line Dropper that came on my Fuel EX 8 (circa 2018). I hated it and got rid of it after a year lol. I did one service on it shortly after I got the bike and then another before I finally ditched it hoping to make it better but it is what it is.

      Good feedback. personally, I'm not a fan of not being able to adjust pressure. I like droppers with a fast hard return. This particular post is for a buddy wifes bike. With him being a BIG PNW fan, I'm willing to bet he will change it out for a PNW sooner than later 😉

      @@zoubtube is there a chance to teach how to use a nitrogen station ? I have one in my workshop but im really scared to use it as my last coworker who knew how to use it, was fired and now im alone , id like to know what should i be careful or something like that , pleaseeee thanks!

      @@diegocabrera4056 Good timing. I'm literally finishing up editing a video where I use my nitrogen station to fill it. Technically not a video on how to use the station itself, but I do fill the shock with the station. The only thing about that video is it'll be ASMR style. Always wanted to do one of those. I don't use the nitrogen station in my videos as I don't think most people would go out a buy one. Technically, Air works just fine (nitrogen benefits are miniscule for most people (including me)) and it's MUCH more cost-effective to use air. I'll do a video for you on using a nitrogen station. But I need a bit since I'm currently working a forks and rockshox shocks. 👍

    What is the part number for the kit and where can I purchase it? My local giant dealer couldn’t help me.

    • @zoubtube
      @zoubtube  หลายเดือนก่อน

      The part number is 150000083. Seems to be out of stock at some of the shops I checked.
      I believe the following is identical though. Though I haven't tried it to be sure.

      @zoubtube  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      depending what type of left right movement, either pins are wearing or the bushings are wearing. I would change both 👍

    Mam Marlina 8 2 gen. Kupiłem sztycę ruchomą i tu niespodzianka!

Następnie owiń go wokół suportu. Następnie włóż go w całość na dole dolnej rury, a następnie wyciągnij z prawej strony górnej części dolnej rury.
      Mam nadzieję, że to dobrze zostało przetłumaczone

    I have this post. Can this post have shims added to reduce the max travel length? In the fully extended length, it’s like .5 inches too high for me. Thanks.

    • @zoubtube
      @zoubtube  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      My sincere apologies for the delayed response. Unfortunately this version of post doesn't have a travel adjuster that I know of. The only way would be to create your own shim, but doing so might affect the droppers responses if the shim isn't correctly sized

    • @stvnchng4755

      Did you add a limiter? I'm thinking of 3D printing a longer collar to limit travel.

    • @jtrink

      @@stvnchng4755no I didn’t add a shim or anything. It’s just at the correct height I think for me. Let me know ow if you figure out a solution!

    Glad it's a simple to service design, but I really wish they would stop using those disposable cartridges. Inevitably they'll eventually lose some air and then there's nothing you can do but buy a new one.

    • @zoubtube
      @zoubtube  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Agreed. Not being able to adjust pressure is sort of limiting as well. definitely need to keep up with regular service to extend the life of this post. not a fan of the plastic guides.

    Poor translation. It's probably impossible to do this operation without removing the bottom bracket! But thank you

    • @zoubtube
      @zoubtube  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sorry for the poor translation. I believe you will have to drill a hole at the bottom back part of the seat tube. The new version of that frame has a hole in this location for a cable. This is what I was tried to translate
