@@Bigzoe202Gaming There's a bug right now where if the initial grab is a counter hit, you can't tech any of the follow ups and have to just eat the whole thing. The developers have already said it wasn't intentional and they're going to fix it

@@patrickoconnell9387 Theres a video i came across that shows if counter grabs are caught at the end of the recovery frames, its breakable but before that its not. its interesting and definitely not intended

During the rolling death cradle, you are functionally slamming the back of their head against the ground over and over again, yes it would really really hurt. 😅
Also, the weight of King rolling on your neck as it bends and rolls over and over again, would most likely break any normal person's neck, or leave them severely paralyzed

In professional wrestling it's a pinning move, but the rolling around part is more to dizzy the opponent and make it easier to keep their shoulders on the mat.

If they block Kings heat smash you can get another surprise RKO by pressing the standard grab input and they can only duck it.

As someone who is in pro wrestling training, I can assure you that taking the rolling cradle the way King does it, at the size he's at, would DEFINITELY hurt. Your neck would be all sorts of messed up from getting rolled back that many times in a row that fast.

Now some lesser minded knuckle dragging idiots online will tell you "LoL lEaRn To TeCh HURR DURR". Little did they forget that breaking throws takes hella practice and not even pros can do it consistently, doubly so in Tekken where you also have to guess 3 ways on what kind of break it is or be really good at noticing the slight detail on which one to use. It sucks but dont feel bad about getting hit with throws guys. Just keep practicing.

No death cradle doesn’t hurt you and it works. It doesn’t hurt that bad but it’s uncomfortable. Me and my friends when I was younger tried every move that is possible without killing each other.
I can never tell with certain grabs if its 1 or 2 to break the grab.
The window you gotta hit is it so tiny you can't make a mistake lol
So with me it ends up being a 50/50 shot of breaking the grab or just dying for free
A few grabs you gotta tech with 1+2

The biggest troll about this the smurf account I think Justin is playing. The name is different than his Azucena matches I saw earlier, and I think he'd have been out of those lower ranks by now. If you keep with King, try working in some ducking DF+2, and DF+2,1, combos. Hopefully you'll get to higher levels where they know how to break repeated giant settings.

As someone who had no idea how grabs work this is the cheapest character I never want to face lol
Just gotta learn which punches to use, 1, 2, or 1+2, watch replays turn on grab breaks and learn or just go into practice mode and learn which throw does this, also you should be watching your eyes on the enemy character if they grab you with both hands just do 1+2 if they grab from their right side that's a 2 and left side it's a 1 break, I'm not sure if there's a 3+4 or both legs as a break but default 2+4 and 1+3 can be broken from either 1 or 2 back then you had to learn which side is which because they were broken from 1 or 2 but from each side respectively, good people to practice this on is King or Nina, but most characters have a UF 1+2 so you have to break with both punches.
Whatever anyone else says, King's grappling combos are what made this franchise.

Dawg kings grabs specifically the long ones need a HHHHUUUUUGGGEEEE nerf a HUGE damage reduction or cut the grab in half and shorten the animation its cheap and its very easy to do i don't know why they thought it was a good idea to add it back. Armor King is leagues better because he didnt have that garbage you needed actual skill to be good with him instead of those infinite grabs that take like 80% of your health
