I enjoyed Tekken in the past aswell and got 'okay' with Jin and Bryan but that's about it you'll get dumbstered by OGs and not every OG is playing for Tekken god and what not.
Yeh it was a skill issue no hate people are better since i never bothered to sit through countless practice modes respect is deserved.
I think yall need to setup a Tekken tournament but for players who usually play SF

@@blueisacolor7639 I think MK players would have an advantage there. The combo inputs and notation for Tekken are very similar to NRS games. But it would be a great neutral ground. There actually is a SF player (Im Still Da Daddy) and an MK player (Sikander) that are going to run a set on Tekken 8. Should be this weekend i think.
I don’t have faith in most mk players like that . Unless we’re talking umk3 trilogy gods

Every character in this game is a knowledge check! Ive had about 20 plus opponents rage quit when i use Rolling Cradle of Death, Kings Bridge or Burning Hammer into Screwdriver 😂

Tekken 8 reminded me why I love fighting games, the last time I had similar vibrations was during sf4 era, i have 60 hours on steam,
sf6 and gbvr are great games, I would give them both 9/10 but there's always something that bothers me about them, with tekken 8 it's different I can't find anything I don't like and that's quite surprising especially since I'm more of a street fighter player, Tekken 8 is as great as Tekken 3 was in year 1998
Im a terrible player but i main Azucena. It feels so good do those dodges and ripping out an uppercut follow up. I now see an extra step in a combo. Thanks justin.

In LOWER ranks the stance works, in higher ranks Garyu and over GOODLUCK trying that. You will get launched in a heart beat.
Can you explain how her stance works?
What does hits does she avoid and how to counter her.
I main Yoshimitsu and so far the players i played that were using her were noobs so i dont have much experience with her.
@@marvikv2505 she evades HIGHS and LOWS, only MIDS and jump attacks work on her stance. In heat she auto counters when she evades.

Online matches only have problems if you enable cross platform play. I disabled that, and haven't experienced that disconnect again.
Hey Justin, the Tekken players talk very badly about SF6, but seeing you playing shows that learning that game is a piece of cake for an SF pro, like you. On the contrary, I don't see the Tekken players recording a gameplay in SF6, nor do they come close because the gray matter does not give them

My first Tekken since 4. Losing to button mashers that want to Tea Bag. That’s why I’m going to pick up and learn this character.
What I suggest against mashers is looking for the common spam combo, duck the high and launch with while rising move
Im coming from NRS fighting games. Im so done with them. Im a very good defensive in fighting games like blocking and anticipating moves. Gotta get use to the ducking under moves. Loving this game my only complaint is the automatic netural blocking. Players should be punished for not knowing how to block.
Lows have been buffed overall in the game. You can often spam them and test their defense. The games already asks a lot of you with spacing and 3D movement, making you manually block on top would be overkill. Definitely recommend the replay feature that let's you control your yourself during replays for those matches where you get tested. It's such a great learning tool
@@aeonlinux Good point about the neutral blocking and I totally agree. I do spam low kick lol and it’s kinda funny how many people don’t even know how to block lol at least at low level. Im into this game for the long haul just going to take some time. I don’t even have a main yet. Been playing a lot of Lars and Lili at the moment.

I wanna get this game and main Gun Jack, but i am trash. I played alot of 2, 3, Tag and a little of 6. I mostly played Eddie through out the years. Is Gun Jack such a low tier that nobody touches him? I always enjoyed trying to use him properly.
Jack 8 is pretty good (a bit broken even) in this game. He's also historically pretty simple to use so you can jump right in lol

Me, I could care less if I lose, I just enjoy the challenge of legit good players.

People will eventually get better at fighting her, that stance in the neutral can easily be launch with a mid. On hit if she goes into the stance, you'll have to pay attention to if she does her big low, that can be block and launch if you have a WS 2.
The only move of her that is BS is her WR 3,2, which if done as an iWR at close range can be very oppressive and really hard to react to, but the player has to be really good at doing iWR.
And thus when you grab Azu then youre screwed.
