Ive been using another 12 week notion calendar, I hated it and kept deleting it and starting again because it was clunky and annoying. Im setting this notion template up now and it feels much better.

I clicked in the Notion AI button, and somehow I ended up seeing your "12-week year old template". I'm guessing it's your original template (?). Don't worry, no pictures are showing, but it does show some (or all?) of your notes!! Maybe create a blank account/template, or take the link off altogether. I hope this helps, dear. Yay I'm so glad! You can edit the template to change the questions permanently: Daily Check In > New Day (click on edit template) > delete the questions that are in there and replace with whatever you want > Save Template I hope that helps!!

I love the template, but when I downloaded on my Mac, and tried to edit it said I didn't have permission to use. So I then signed up for Notion, but it only takes me to their main get started page. I tried to search for you template but it was not found. Please help.

So the progress bar at the top is an Indify widget that is basically not meant to be "used", instead just looked at. It helps to visualise how much time there is remaining in a week, month, quarter, and year. Hope that clears it up!
I'm not sure if that's possible to be honest with you! The widget itself is from Indify though so maybe look into if it would be an option to change it through the website itself!

Some constructive feedback. The background music is distracting for a tutorial. I used to do it and people told me to stop and actually stopped watching the video.
I also like it as a kind of white noise. I tend to stop watching videos without background music as I become distracted by the sounds around my building and am not able to focus on the content of the video.

I don't think that this 12 week-year method is meant to cram what is realistic to do in 1 year into 3 months. I think it's meant to give you milestones to work towards every 3 months, so you don't wait for the end of the year to see how you've done, but check on your progress every 3 months and break down your big goals into manageable chunks of work.
Exactly! That's how I see it too when it comes to certain things. On the other hand, there are some goals that we may think need to take us a long time, like a year for example, but instead they may be pretty realistic to do as well in 12 weeks. It really depends on the goal itself!
That's a bummer, sorry about that! Have you tried updating the Notion app? Sometimes that does it. Other than that you click on the template, click duplicate, and then you probably have to log in to Notion through your browser, or if you are already logged in it should say "Duplicating to "your name" Dashboard". Let me know how it goes!

I think it's meant to give you milestones to work towards every 3 months, so you don't wait for the end of the year to see how you've done, but check on your progress every 3 months and break down your big goals into manageable chunks of work.
Exactly! That's how I see it too when it comes to certain things. On the other hand, there are some goals that we may think need to take us a long time, like a year for example, but instead they may be pretty realistic to do as well in 12 weeks. It really depends on the goal itself!

That's a bummer, sorry about that! Have you tried updating the Notion app? Sometimes that does it. Other than that you click on the template, click duplicate, and then you probably have to log in to Notion through your browser, or if you are already logged in it should say "Duplicating to "your name" Dashboard". Let me know how it goes!
