Thanks Effy, Yeah, the pans could either fit like a clam shell to store kit items inside or they could nest together the other way to be super space efficient. I would love to go camping with all my YT friends! Maybe someday. Cheers, Steve
You guys are livin' large in the woods. Great stuff. Bacon looked amazing. As a Texas native, cornbread is practically a food group unto itself. Greetings from Pittsburgh. Laura
Thanks for the reply. I'm glad you are doing things and buying products that keep money in the country. I needed that warm fuzzy feeling before making the purchase.
Love when he was smacking that fish you said well edit that out this is a family show...but left it the final cut. You're a savage bud. Love the content.
Another great video, thanks. Am liking the two pan idea. And with a low flame in the firebox and the flat surface of the inverted top pan, one can build a twig fire on top and bake!
Great video and looks like much fun was had. I was watching with headphones and at 25:25 I had to keep myself from swatting around and screaming, "BEEEEESSS!!!!"
Man I don't know if I've ever seen a better camping feast! The firebox is impressive with how it keeps going w/o any refueling. And it never seems to scorch the food...I expected burnt bacon when you just throw it on an open flame.
Yeah Craig, it works out perfect to preload the Firebox because at first when the fire is a bit hotter the food has a lot of moisture in it and can take the heat, then as the moisture cooks out of the food the heat is decreasing in perfect time until the fire is hot coals which puts out a nice consistent med-low temp that last quite a while. Cheers!
