My family and I had a great time out camping in southern Utah / Capitol Reef National Park testing out our camping oven system made from a 16cm or a 14cm ZEBRA loop handle billy bush pot. Outdoor cooking at its best, I used the Swedish Fire Torch fueling method in my Firebox stoves to cook and Dry Bake for the whole family

Steve , I'm seeing some , use a old type auger bit , drill through the block of wood , let it burn like a rocket stove , ive not tried it yet , haven't been out in a good while . I don't know, the heat range , nore burn time . I'm going to try getting a few different sized auger bits , from, self-reliance outfitters.

why not just make a square folding container without holes with a side that comes off.(like a lid).. seems as you are fighting the balance thing for coals on top and staying balanced on the stove itself... include a couple of pieces of terra cotta tile to insert/place on top to disperse and or hold the heat.....Matt

The Baking kits come in 14 cm and 16 cm sets. We do not have them for the 12 cm pot. In this video I am using the 5" Firebox Stove. You can use the Nano to bake in as well though.

You can do either one. The 16 cm Baking Kit is the biggest one but they are not far from each other in size. I would suggest the 16 cm if you are cooking for more than 2 people.

When you fry something unless its a egg or something delicate you want to add your ingredients to hot preferably smoking hot oil with meats and fish especially, otherwise you're just steaming your food and your loosing tons of flavour opportunities by completely bypassing the Maillard reaction.
