I tried your crepe recipe today, the one on your website. It was so yummy it made my family very happy. We had them with whipped cream, blueberries and maple syrup. The batter is tasty enough to make savoury crepe too. I Will try some variations in the future like herb, goat cheese and prosciutto or some thing else. Thanks much!
I have always admired the string lights you use on these trips, what do you use to power them? Looks like they have a 120v plug at the end? Thanks as always for posting!
I can run those nights for six nights in a row with the river, I don't have to take it home and plug it in to charge it. In my personal experience I can charge it in my car and it does not run my battery dead. So many great things about this video, thanks for sharing!! I would also like to say that I think that fudge is screaming for a few turns from your little coffee grinder. :)
Thank you for watching! I think the koko samoa would be too much for the coffee grinder. It is pretty hard stuff, I have to use a serrated knife to get it cut for the recipe and that is still pretty tough. Good idea though.
Purple Shug at first I thought "what a great idea!” Then I thought "oh but I really like the big chunks of Cocoa bean.” Something about the way they're processed they're really more like a nut and have a very enjoyable texture. Thanks!

Thanks Steve for another great video. I like your 4-legged buddies helping out on the adventure. Hey I have been curious on what the top 5-10 new items customers have requested you to make back on the launch of new website survey? I think I picked a reflector oven and a simmer plate for the firebox. Be kinda fun to hear what others want.
I didn't get too many people who filled out the survey and answered that question. We kept all the answers though and will probably send it out again with hopes of a better turn out. Thank you for your input, we really appreciate it. Cheers!
Those birds you saw are actually forest grouse. I couldn’t tell if they were ruffed grouse or dusky/spruce grouse, but either way, they’re tasty! Season for them opens Sept 1 here in Utah.
