Hi! for me the juice left over from pro hok i don't make fish sauce, i eat the way it is, but i put in jar and put on sun for 1 week than keep in the house in room temperature not in fredge, as long as you i can, my mom called turk pro hok, i can eat with young Mango or make turk kroung eat with all kinds vegetable. bye from u s a sept 7,2022 . you are very good heart to shear this v d o with young generation👍👍🙏🙏🙏.
