    1 1/4 cup of sea salt
    1 Tbsp of sugar
    1 tsp of msg
    6-8 Tbsp of chopped garlic
    1-1 1/2 cup of cooked sticky rice
    Fermented 3-5 days for sourness
    Frying
    Kaffir lim leaves
    Slice lemongrass
    Dry chili
    Flour

      Yes you can but sure you know for sure the fish that came in and sell at the store is pretty fresh. You will know if you clean and see the reddish blood inside the fish gills you know it’s is ok to make paok. Will you be making the khmer kind of the Lao kind?

      @@Thearaspicykitchen Well done Theara. You should try making another kind of fermented shrimp that only at Kompot has it. Its called " Yawhe " They put sweet rice in the shrimp as well. hope to see in your channel soon.
