Smoothie bowls. Frozen berries, a couple tablespoons of oats, a veggie (sweet potato or spinach or kale), a date, and just enough milk (dairy or non dairy) to get everything blended into a thick smooth healthier than ice cream but just as tasty breakfast.
@@Walkerfamily89i used these things but i dont remember how much exactly : rolled oats 100g , vanilla soy milk 100-200 ml, 1 medium apple, one spoon of cinnamon, i sliced the apple into small pieces and mixed in a big bowl with the other ingredients and added some nuts for crunch, then i put the mixture into my baking form with some baking paper and let it bake for i think 20-25 min on 180 C but im not sure. I hope you will find this helpful, it is been a while since i made this so i dont remember exactly everything...

Thank you for bringing us recipes that have mostly basic ingredients that many of us likely have in our pantry. It makes wanting to try new recipes much more enjoyable! ❤
Yes! I am not a fan of creamy oatmeal so love all baked on the go oatmeal. I just did this last week but into muffins, but this is quicker and simpler! Love it!❤
I usually make another version of this weekly but I made this one since it has eggs and my hubby said it filled him and kept him fuller for longer - I love how it tastes like dessert! Thanks for the recipe!
OK just have to say I'm addicted to this recipe! I've made it 4x this week already 🙈 So far I've made it with mixed berries, strawberry rhubarb, and a black cherry version. All amazing!
I watched this video and had to make it. I have several gallon size bags of frozen berries from our garden and this was absolutely delicious!! Great use for our berries!! Thank you!!
This looks amazing! It was great meeting you in Dallas today. I’ve been reading your cookbook all afternoon. Safe travels, and thank you for all you do!
When I heard it taste like bread pudding, I had to try it. It does! The only changes I made were substituting monk fruit sweetener with erythritol instead of honey and I did not have nuts, so I sprinkled one tablespoon of hemp hearts on top of my bowl. This recipe is delicious, and your house will smell wonderful, thank you!!!
Hey guys, I made it, I couldn’t resist to try this, same as your previous recipes, they are easy to cook and with ingredients that are available for most everyone, so I baked this last night, I had to add some left over of granola I had because it was too much liquid on it, (I think I put too much milk) but still worked it, the smells it’s unreal, gorgeous 😍 thank you for all your recipes and recommendations.
We made it yesterday evening. We just ate it now for breakfast and it is amazing!!!! You are right, it is soooo good. And I love the berries version. We added a bit of chia and flaxseeds as well as a bit of curcumma and ginger.
Hi Lisa, Thank you for this recipe.I have tried different ways of making oatmeal and this is the BEST and tastiest ever, not mention how healthy it is with all the fruit and nuts.I also add walnuts.xxoo
Love this! Thank you! I used coconut water kefir (Riviera) for the dairy replacement, and it gave a very subtle underlying coconut flavor. That with vanilla yogurt made this an ultra-delicious keeper!
In the oven now as I type this, however, I used walnuts and pumpkin seeds only bcuz I didn’t have almonds, and it’s been pouring down raining where I am. Didn’t want to leave the house if I don’t have to, but I can tell you the smell is amazing! Thx, Lisa!
My son is coming home from college for spring break and I’m going to make 2 pans of this for easy yummy breakfasts for him while he’s home! Along with some sausages that he can heat up this will be great!
Wow, now this is exactly the type of recipes I like to try. Not only does it look super easy, but I know it will taste good and I will be able to meal prep and easily stick to a healthy diet.
I’ve been making this type of casserole for years, and I love the fact that you can also mix everything together the night before, and just take it out the next morning and bake it :-)
Just made this! Can confirm it is delicious! Similar consistency to bread pudding. Pro tip: make sure to cool the melted butter so you don’t cuddle the eggs like I did!
I pre-ordered your cookbook so have enjoyed it from the beginning and given as gifts over Christmas. This recipe looks amazing. I am anxious to give it a try. Thanks for all your nutrition information and all the great recipes and food prep ideas.
I just made this recipe we’ll see how it comes out! I had fresh blueberries, strawberries and a banana I put in it! I had so much fruit leftover! I didn’t want it to go to waste!
This looks amazing. Haven’t made baked oats in ages. I used to use almond butter instead of eggs, but I look forward to try it like yours. Thank you Lisa!

Thank you for this recipe! I've been trying to find one that looks simple and one i can make without greek yogurt! I actually have a bunch of frozen mixed berries so I'm definitely trying this today! Have a good day everyone💓
Another awesome healthy recipe! Will definitely make it! It’s almost similar to your homemade granola page 106 in your cookbook. Peaches and cream baked oatmeal page 102 I love it too! ❤️👍
Yes, you can freeze this! Make sure to slice the oatmeal into portions before storing them in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. This will make reheating a breeze!
Can this be cut into servings and stored in freezer? I think the video mentioned the refrigerator, but I didn’t hear anything about freezing. Thank you for all of your recipes - love your videos and also have your cookbook!
This looks amazing & so delicious 😋. I've never been big on oatmeal because of the creamyness but I think I would like this a lot because its baked. The only thing different I would do is add more honey.
I have most of the ingredients so I will definately try this recipe out and it's even better that it can last a few days. I hope it tastes as good as it looks x
Mine is not as pretty as hers but it's yummy 😋 I didn't use honey or maple syrup but used baking stevia instead. It will be a good treat when the sweet tooth strikes. Thank you 💓
