We should honestly start separating the categories "healthy" and "low-calorie" because they aren't the same at all. Most of the people trying to eat "healthy" are trying to lose weight which is DIRECTLY related to calorie intake. For example, eating 2000 calories of chips per day is gonna have the same effect on body weight as 2000 calories of all fruits and veggies per day.
Exactly! That's what my family doesn't understand lol, I eat tons of food that is considered unhealthy, but I'm 95 lbs and I am still losing weight, I just make sure to count my calories and stay under or exactly at 1000 cals.
The only difference is, is that 2000 calories of fruits is almost impossible to eat in a day as it is at least 5 times bigger than the fast food/snacks portions. Plus they have all sorts of vitamins which will prevent sickness, stomach issues etc.. as well as compared to snacks, u won’t feel as hungry and have food cravings as much bcs this is how ppl develop an ED actually by eating huge amounts of sweets/snacks and then not eating anything at all to balance the diet out.

it contains artificial sweetener like erithytol and stevia . Also some of the fiber like corn fiber . These can make you feel bloating . As for the addictive part, the artificial sweetener can make your brain addicted to sweetness. i recommend listen to your body and dont consume it everyday or if you want to eat it everyday then maybe try smaller quantity.
You gut biomes must be top notch to eat a pint consistently. As stated that alcohol sugar can lead to huge gastro issues. However I eat a pint every few weeks and it doesn't impact my physique or stomach
Aldi actually has their own protein ice creams pints and the macros are much better than Halo Top and it’s cheaper. They only have about 5 or 6 flavors but you get at least 20g of protein for the pint and they use stevia and monkfruit (natural sweeteners) to sweeten their ice cream. It’s low fat and the entire pint of vanilla bean only has 3g of sugar (the rest are a little higher because of different flavors but it doesn’t exceed 10g). Can’t beat that and it tastes better than Halo Top!
If you are trying to lose weight or whatever I suggest you use a calorie calculator online so they can give you a calorie count on how much you should eat per day
