First of all, Radar Love is one of the Greatest Songs of All-Time. Secondly, Sina is one of the Greatest Drummer's of All-Time... and don't even try to argue against me. I'm here for a reason today. I'm 58. My favorite Cousin, Diane, back in the 1970's was a little bit older than me so she used to get me alcohol and we hung out a few times and she was always playing Radar Love on her 8 Track Player.in her car. Well, my cousin died shortly thereafter in a Motorcycle accident, and since then, every time I here Radar Love, I think of her. She was so Cool... almost Angelic. Today, Diane's Mother, my Aunt Molly passed away at 88 years old. Aunt Molly was the most religious person that I have ever known, and went to Church most every day for the last 70+ Years to pray for her daughter Diane. Today, I picture their Reunion in Heavern hugging and singing and dancing together to Radar Love. Bless my Cousin Diane and my Aunt Molly in their Reunion in Heaven. I Love You Both!!!
I am old enough to claim I have seen many greats...Gene Krupa, Buddy Rich, Ginger Baker, Keith Moon, John Bonham and so on and on. It's now 2023 and 5 years later. Keep in mind 5 years ago Sina hadn't even peaked yet and yet she perfectly nails it here. Not an easy one to play. I've been watching Sina for 4 to 5 years now and she still ranks as the best young drummer I have seen, ever! She deserves all of the praise she receives.
This is probably one her most enjoyable songs to play. You can tell she gets a lot of satisfaction from nailing the end of segments and nuances. This happens to be THE song that introduced me to the world of hard rock in 1974 (when I first heard it.) And it couldn't have been a better introduction: with its jam band qualities, its grit, its emphasis on nuanced and loud drums and its sheer hard rock appeal bordering on heavy metal, it is truly a song that can't be forgotten IMHO.
I know it has been 4 or 5 years since this one went up but, I gotta post one of the main reasons I keep coming back. When you watch Sina play this one, Really Watch, you can see how much extra fun she is having. Head bobbing doing more then keeping time, watch them arms, there is extra stuff going on there too. But the really, really fun part? Watch her feet, she is literally dancing on the foot pedals! Using the tips of her toes like a ballerina! I never get tired of watching an artist delivering perfection. (The Whoo)
As a 67 year old who has listened to this from day one and has been a number in the soundtrack of my life, it brought a tear to my eye that as a youngster you understand the vibe. You must have had wonderful parents, God bless them. Keep "Rocking" kid. x
I think you cannot teach this kind of "having the groove in your blood", no matter how hard you try. Pure magic to see this lady really absorbing music that had been created decades before she was born. Keep on rockin'!
You know damn well when our greatest young people can match a classic like this, that rock will live on forever. She is one who will carry the torch forward. Very well done, young lady.
Okay. This is two years after you posted this, so nobody's gonna read it. This is an amazingly complex song for a drummer, and you absolutely nailed it! Seriously, it is great and spot on for the original. I'm going to teleport ahead to a couple of years in the future to see what you're doing now. Cheers! Edit: Well, I punched in the wrong numbers on my teleporter machine so I'm 4 years later and you have over 10 million views on this song already. 1,400 people have commented on or liked my post while I've been time traveling. They're all great music lovers and agree that this was just amazing. Thanks Sina for a memory we just love.
My brother there are some reading! I am always amazed at this young ladies talent as I'm sure you too. I have watched the video by Earring and have watched their drummer, yeah he is pretty busy building the platform for the bass player and lead guitar! I am "trying" to learn the lead guitar part and good thing there aren't any cameras watching me! I think transporting ahead a few years would be great, maybe I be at the first verse! Peace to you and yours
i am a professional drummer of 44 yrs and you got the rythym and speed to be in demand.i played for a few famous bands in my life ..you are good young lady//keep on jamming and .i will be watching
I've been following Sina for about a year. Her talent is extraordinary! She's a blast to watch (she's having as much fun as we are watching her play). I have shared her covers many times. There is nothing more impressive than seeing a woman play the skins or shred a guitar this awesome. Also, she plays multiple instruments and sings?! What the heck! Awesomeness. Keep in coming Sina!!! By the way, Radar Love is a phenomenal choice!!
Ive been around musicians most my life and i had a drummer stepdad that was great to watch play in the 70s.watching Sina is that feeling only we watch her grow and mature as a musician. Her talents are so impressive and shes only going to get even better. Love it and her taste in music is right on
Most people don't realize how complex and difficult it is to play drums. This girl has been rippin' with extreme talent since she was what, 7? 6? 5? As early as I've seen her, she's been tearin' it up. I wonder how many drums Sina has worn out!?? Dang, you are amazing Sina...AMAZING🎶🌺👍
Radar Love just went over 10 million views. This is Sina's 12th video to reach that level. No other TH-cam drum channel is even close. Matt McGuire (Drummer for the Chain Smokers) has 8 and Casey Cooper and A-Yeon have 7 each. 3/17/2023
Over the years, have watched Sina drumming. Excellent feelings and some of the precise timing any band could find in a drummer. Awesome job Sina 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🙊🙉🙈🤓🤘👊
I have seen Ceasar Zuidewijk the drummer from the Golden Earring a lot off times live, i am from Holland. But this is amazing. First that a young girl plays music like this, and second she performs it amazingly, its to bad that the Golden Earring stopped playing, because one of the members is seriously ill. But you keep it alive!! Two thumps up!! And keep playing songs like this!!
I'm 39 years of age, and I want to play as good as her when I grow up. I love the overall tone of her kit. That snare sounded awesome! You are very talented. Never lose that passion
Thank you Sina for helping us understand just how much skill goes into drumming! Your videos really bring out the detail us non-drummers miss, and are both an education and inspiration to experience!
When this song came out in '73 it became my favorite song thru all of the 1970's. They were my 1st concert too 1974 Spectrum in Philly. Golden Earring / Foghat / Black Oak Arkansas. I found Sina Drums via this song.. Watching you play the drums is pure joy. You Rock!!!!
Awesome job! I have an 11 year old daughter that plays percussion on her middle school band. She's watching your videos as inspiration. You truly have a gift!

Sina, I saw Golden Earring play this song in 1974 in a small venue in downtown Detroit. It didn't sound any better than how you played it here. You have a fantastic talent. We can see you "feel" the music. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world.
Something rather interesting began to emerge (which frankly surprised me a bit) after watching quite a few of these posts. Songs that have been around forever and I've heard repeatedly and been lukewarm about at best...(read that "meh") suddenly became completely new and exciting while watching the drum performance. Watching this talented musician perform on the drums became truly magnetic. Watching and dissecting the bass, snare, high hat, toms, cymbals, etc... became compulsive LOL ;-) From ZZ Top to Golden Earring, I've become enamored with bands/songs I never gave a second thought to through this young woman's playing. These bands may not know it, but at least for this private DJ's purchases, Sina deserves a commission for the songs she's help them to sell. I'm no expert and my opinion along with 4 bucks will get you a 4 dollar cup of coffee at Starbucks... LOL...but kudos to your skills. I love watching you play and hearing / seeing music in a new and vibrant way that has surprised me with a vision I never would have expected. THX.

Ahhh.....Miss Sina, the sweet sound of those drums from 1973. I remember the song so well. You did it so Beautifully. I never understood why it never reached #1 in the US. I certainly heard it on the Radio enough. Miss Sina, that was about as close to the original as you can get. A great workout also. I thoroughly enjoyed it Miss Sina. Great Job.
Holy! Holy! Holy Cow!!! You NAILED that song! You are one AMAZING drummer! This is not an easy song to master and you hit all those licks like a true master! Bravo Sina!! A huge fan!!
I love this song, the performance of this girl is amazing. I have seen many people try to play this song which is very difficult but she did it with great skill, just incredible
To me it's so awesome seeing a young lady play drums especially to Rock songs, and never misses a beat. Her parents have to be rock and rollers. Because with the way she can make those skins sound is almost unbelievable.
Very very nice to see such a young lady practising this old dutch rockmusic! I hope she comes up with a band and continue this for generations to come. Welldone!!
I recently suggested you do a cover of this song. One of your followers told me you did it several years ago and I was able to find it. So glad I did! Amazing performance! You are awesome Sina!
I've listened to this song for...decades. I never imagined how complicated the drum part was. This is just...INSANE! To see it actually done...just amazeballz.
I've given Sina kudos and great comments on other posts, but neglected to acknowledge the original drummers she aspires to duplicate. I've never really appreciated to it's fullest the complexities of the drumming in the original songs until these drum covers came out. Thanks Sina for shining the light, and thanks to the countless musicians behind the drum kits that drove it all home!
There is no twirling, there is no smile. There is only hard work. Hard work that a professional drummer has to do to be so good. Bravissimo Sina, keep it up again again again 👍😍
Actually, there is ALWAYS a smile: the quiet, self-assured smile of somebody who knows they did an outstanding job, but who instead chooses to remain humble.
Every time I watch this video, and it’s many, many times, I’m totally blown away by Sina and her fantastic, spot on drumming to this ‘70s classic rock song. Imho, really an awesome video in every way!!
WOW!! I'm going to have to watch this again! For some strange reason, her body motion is asynchronous to her sticking or maybe the flow and timing. I don't mean that in a bad way, not at all. It's incredibly interesting and very unique. She's obviously practiced this song until she got it down pat and I for one can say that she played it better than I would have. Yet I almost expect her to lose control and cross her sticks or have one fly off into the blackness, lol. Of course, she doesn't and executed the number beautifully. I just find it so interesting that her playing posture and general body motion seems so unusual, that it makes it an incredible video to watch. I'm 64 and I've been playing since I was 7 or 8. I still play at least 2 hours everyday and these days, I know I couldn't practice that song long enough to get it down so precisely. I guess I just got too old to let it bother me. If I were to practice for this song, I would likely work on the key areas and 'fake the fills'. However, I don't play on stage or do any formal gigs anymore so I don't have that motivation. It's like I said, I got to old to worry about it. Great job, Great drummer, Great video! Rich
One of my all-time favorite songs! Sweetie, you nailed it. So impressive. A young lady, like yourself, really outdid yourself with this song. True talent. Oh, my my! Doesn’t get any better than this. Get up and take yourself a bow. You, so richly, deserve and have earned it! Peace.
I appreciate that she nails every detail and in drums.....wow, I can't imagine how much she had to practice to get this song down so well....she's a joy to watch.
I always liked this song. I never realized how complex the drumming was until I saw her play it. I now have more appreciation for the song that I never had before. I'm no drummer and don't know much about instruments, but... I was hooked onto watching after the part that starts around 1:22 where it shows a side shot with her back straight and her arms just flying around like they had minds of their own. It's great to watch people when they are in their element...
WHEW!!! What a workout. Golden earring was one of the most underrated power trios of the 70s. Sina - your coordination gene is directly connected to your brain!! No problem. As a bass player, I tired just watching you nail it!! Love the little smile at the end where you’re pleased you made it. Congratulations and thank you for all your hard work. NOT for beginners lol
Then check out her other covers ... aside from spotless drumwork and attention to original detail, I think that "little smile" is her trademark and is in every video of hers I've ever watched!
I would put Radar love in the top 50 Rock songs ever. The lyrics, driving bass, the drumming, the blazing chorus.. all the instrumental parts. It’s just a perfect arrangement and production
I can't trust my eyes and ears anymore, how is this possible? Not simply mimicking a style of drumming, but adding a new layer of expression and passion that many musicians can't achieve after a 40 year career!
Wow. You absolutely nailed this Sina. I remember this by Golden Earing in the 70's, & I could not tell if it was their drummer or you without watching you. You are really awesome. For someone of your age to be able to play the drums like this just shows how brilliant you are & are an inspiration to all the young musicians in the world.
This girl is just amazing. It is nice to see such talent in young people. With that talent Sina, the sky is the limit for you, there is nothing in this life that you will not be able to achieve. I wish you the best on your success!

I certainly heard it on the Radio enough. Miss Sina, that was about as close to the original as you can get. A great workout also. I thoroughly enjoyed it Miss Sina. Great Job.
She played it flawlessly with sheer perfection. Amazing talented drummer, one of the best.
Holy! Holy! Holy Cow!!! You NAILED that song! You are one AMAZING drummer! This is not an easy song to master and you hit all those licks like a true master! Bravo Sina!! A huge fan!!
The future of rock is safe with her on the sticks! WOW!!!!!!!
Absolutely She is amazing.
Nobody wants rock no more
They want lily pop kati perry music and marijuana vapor
Lol
I love this song, the performance of this girl is amazing. I have seen many people try to play this song which is very difficult but she did it with great skill, just incredible
To me it's so awesome seeing a young lady play drums especially to Rock songs, and never misses a beat. Her parents have to be rock and rollers. Because with the way she can make those skins sound is almost unbelievable.
Very very nice to see such a young lady practising this old dutch rockmusic! I hope she comes up with a band and continue this for generations to come. Welldone!!
She is everything a professional drummer should be, and more. Sina you are beyond amazing. Keep up the good work.
I never grow tired of re-listening to this one ..... Sina does it perfectly!
You are just simply very awesome, really talented musician. Thanks for sharing your talent.
I recently suggested you do a cover of this song. One of your followers told me you did it several years ago and I was able to find it. So glad I did! Amazing performance! You are awesome Sina!
the best drummer of the generation
Großartig...! Diese junge Frau kann etwas! Dieser Klassiker ist nicht einfach. Danke
I've been a drummer over 50 years and this lady has a great feel and nice touch.Bravo!
I've listened to this song for...decades. I never imagined how complicated the drum part was. This is just...INSANE! To see it actually done...just amazeballz.
Stunning
Quite frankly this is as good as it gets. She absolutely nails this, it’s so on point it’s unbelievable
Thank You! Well said!!
Yes
Sina you are just so impressive and your skills are totally captivating!! You are a complete joy and I LOVE your drum skills!
Is there anything that you cannot play to perfection? This is simply stunning.
Almost 7 years since recording. I know, no one reads this anymore. Just this: Gorgeous Lady, and Super perfect! 🎉
Ya--She's not a showoff-- She keeps a great technical beat on Radar Love!!!!!!!!
Every time I watch this video, and it’s many, many times, I’m totally blown away by Sina and her fantastic, spot on drumming to this ‘70s classic rock song. Imho, really an awesome video in every way!!
This has always been my personal favorite drum solo and grove... she NAILED IT!
Rich
5 years later and I agree with Joel, bloody amazing... A non drummer wouldn't know how good this cover is...
Bullshit
@@terryharrison5185 very descriptive Terry, did it take you long to come up with it?
One of my all-time favorite songs! Sweetie, you nailed it. So impressive. A young lady, like yourself, really outdid yourself with this song. True talent. Oh, my my! Doesn’t get any better than this. Get up and take yourself a bow. You, so richly, deserve and have earned it! Peace.
Raw talent. Years of practice. We should pay attention. This WONDERFULLY TALENTED young lady is real! Thank you sweet lady for blessing our lives!❤
It's great to watch people when they are in their element...
and more for Sena
As a fellow bass player, I dream of having a drummer like this to play with. (and once Montrealer)
RexWave Yeah, it’s a fucking nightmare trying to find a young Montréal drummer who doesn’t only want to play death metal...
Then check out her other covers ... aside from spotless drumwork and attention to original detail, I think that "little smile" is her trademark and is in every video of hers I've ever watched!
Hope someone has an extinguisher close by because Sina lit them drums on fire!
That awkward joke 😳
gives me a whole new outlook on how valuable the drums are by watching how it's done thanx
Easy bro🙄
Stewart Copeland has been doing what you described for years
Ahhh...youth.
Practice, practice, practice. And passion. And talent.
Every few months I have to return to this track for a 'Sina fix' and to recharge my batteries!!! Thank you Sina... XX
Sina drums and that smile at 5:57 helped get me through the lockdown.
Speed. Power. Grace.
Sina rocks!
I
Also shows she has put in the hard work. These are not simple songs for anybody
This girl is just amazing. It is nice to see such talent in young people. With that talent Sina, the sky is the limit for you, there is nothing in this life that you will not be able to achieve. I wish you the best on your success!
Esta niña es realmente fuera de serie, no es nada de facil lo que haze de tocar bateria a la perfeccion..
SENSACIONALMENTE ESPECTACULAR❤
I’ve listened to this song a million times why did I never realize the drums go so hard???
Brilliant drums, performed by Sina! Loved every second of it! Thanks!!!!
👌
@5:58 - that awesome feeling when you've nailed that change in tempo spot-effin'-on! Hats off to you, young lady. Impressive.
Sina is SOOOOO good. Love the triples...
