We make pumpkin dessert by peeling and cutting it in small pieces Then mix it with sugar after few hours it is cooked.. We make sweet bashamel by using its liquid which formed by cookinng pumpkin pieces. In a pan we put that cooked pices in layers with nuts and put bashamel at the top finally cook in oven .. Love from Egypt ❤❤❤❤

@ exactly .. it’s just like milk with cornstarch, egg yoke, sugar,butter and maybe some flower .. in a sauce pan over heat and when it thick pour some over caramelized sugar and stir a little the pour the rest of the custard .. in refrigerator couple of hours.. and take it out and made roles , serve it with pistachios.. I wish you can make it plz .. the original recipe.. thank you so much for introducing the Turkish cuisine..
