This feast would be such a blessing for your guests. I love each dish but I especially love the baked kofte potato dish and the eggplant yogurt dish. You are such an inspiration in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing your gift of Turkish cuisine with everyone ❤🇹🇷
Wonderful and quite a variable menu ! Everything looks so delicious! Yesterday I make Turkish Borek using Yufka phyllo sheets on the stove top. I even posted a photo on my story in Facebook, it was so delicious and crunchy . Everyone enjoyed it and I will have to make more . I hope you all have a great time and Afiyet Olson. God Bless and love to all ❤️🌹😋😋
Generously taking care of your guests with this lovely dinner is a big thumbs up 👍 especially including your moms favorite bulgar balls dish Alhumdulillah
Asalaam Alaikum Sister! Love your vlogs and the food you share empowers me to try and cook the flavors I learned of in Türkiye. I was blessed to have this lentil soup in a hotel I stayed in Istanbul on the Asian side. One of my favorites. I also had breakfast in Izmir of a delicious tomato soup with cheese and parsley - delicious! However I cannot remember the name of the tomato soup so I can learn how to make it. This and rich and they made it and Chicken soup fresh daily. If you have covered how to make this thick delicious tomato soup can you direct me? If you have not - is there a chance you con do this soup at some point? I miss that flavor for my breakfast! A beautiful fulfilling meal to start the day with fresh bread! Thank you for all your sharing! I am slowly making a travel list for the Black Sea for the places I have seen here and on Mick and Trudy’s site as well. Much love Sister and MashaAllah!😊
Interesting menu. I see the Kofta is a bit different from western style meatballs. Here we do not want to mix/knead the meat mix much. We want them to be lighter. I do enjoy a Kofta. It's just different, I've never made it myself. You do lovely plating. Hello from Oregon US.
Why well educated people refuse an honest and clever president ..???? Even the non religious persons accept him ... Respect from Egypt to Turkish people...❤❤❤
If Erdogan wasn't in power, Turkiye's destiny wouldn't be much different from that of Syria. He is the greatest president since 1940s. Only enemies of Turkiye will be happy, if he is not in power.
When I was pregnant all I wanted was Turkish Food and I am not Turkish. Thanks for your wonderful recipes, they are so easy to follow and understand.
Oh dear hope you enjoy! congradulations
