Hey everyone I am so excited to finally shared my DIY kitchen makeover on a budget! I was able to accomplish this huge makeover for under $300! I am going to be sharing all of my makeover with you, how I am painting my kitchen cabinets, how to use a paint sprayer, how to fill wood grain, as well as some budget friendly decor ideas and easy DIY shelves! This kitchen transformation is insane! My dream kitchen on a budget. I completely transformed my kitchen in this makeover without breaking the bank! I cannot wait to share it with you! Looks great. You added too many unnecessary steps. I know when you are not a professional you like to be thorough. However the audience do not have to complete all these really time consuming steps to get a professional finish. A few examples: didnt need to fill the woodgrain 3 times, spray painting your black appliances white before gold. The shelf cupboard didn't need to be made could buy that for $5. The spray paint is good, but with the right roller and the amount you are sanding.. could have got just as good a job without using it.

Thank you!!! Hmmm if there’s anything I would have done differently it would be to use the sprayer from the start. It cut so much time! I used a roller for the primer and parts of the cabinets when I could’ve used my sprayer, but I was too nervous to do it lol. Also, I would’ve just stuck with the semi gloss paint. I used satin on the lower cabinets and I like how the upper cabinets are much easier to clean than the lower that have the satin.
Wow! You give me motivation! It’s nothing like reaping the labors of hard work with something so beautiful. The kitchen came out beautifully and I like that you didn’t half step any of the process. Thanks you for sharing.

Yes we do :) my husband and I can’t agree on a backsplash currently, but once we find something we both like we will be doing that and we have our floors picked out! 😍 we will likely do them around the beginning of the year because we will be redoing the flooring throughout the entire downstairs and up our stairs when we do.

So I followed your video to the letter. (Exhausting by the way) BUT OMG amazing! We did three layers of thin prime and sanded in between. The colors are amazing in our kitchen. I wouldn't have thought to do this combo but I am so glad I found your video! Thank you so much!

What a fantastic job you did. I shudder when I see so many TH-cam folks painting their cabinets. Many use that kit they sell at Home Depot which does not hold up. Or others just do a quick liquid degloss, no sanding and than painting with a brush. Cabinets done like that will never last the test of time. You did it perfectly!!

Beautiful! I think three open shelves instead of the upper cabinet to the right of your sink would finish it off perfectly. But still looks great with that cabinet too!
I agree!!! I would love open shelves, however I would need to buy new dishes for that 😂 mine are so mismatched from moving so much. Definitely keeping the open shelf concept in the idea book though! If you don't want to dust the top of your cabinets, you can build a box up to the ceiling and then add some nice trim. I just love your color choices and hardware. It turned out showroom perfect. Also your video had a nice flow to it. Thank You for sharing. New subscriber !!!
