  • How To Heal Ancestral Trauma with Bela Divine
    Join the free Healing Ancestral Karma Ritual with Bela live on April 9th at 4pm PST via the Vibe Tribe Portal: / discord
    In this video, I sit down with Mexican Mystic, mentor, coach, and psychotherapist Bela Divine to discuss the topic of healing ancestral trauma. We dive deep into a conversation about ancestral and generational trauma, karmic patterns, and how what our ancestors went through may still be showing up in our lives today. We discuss how these patterns and trauma may be stored in our DNA and subconscious, and how to begin bringing awareness to them so that we can liberate ourselves and our ancestors from karmic loops that may still be playing out. Bela shares her knowledge and expertise of the Family Constellations modality, a tool for healing ancestral trauma and guides me through a session. We also discuss the concepts of Morphic Resonance and the Morphogenic Field and how this affects the stories we are playing out for the karmic patterns of our lineage to be cleared.

    Astrology also tells us that we're dealing with ancestral karma and it's in our natal charts.
    You can see the charts of families all resembling and mirroring each other. It's amazing.
    Bela is fantastic. I love how she integrates everything together to create a truly helpful, healing atmosphere with energetic rituals that facilitate inter-generational communication between Sky and her ancestors and extant family members. 🙏

    If you are a woman, you are trapped in the Labyrinth/Wonderland/Heroine's journey. Signs will come if you are open to them on how to defeat the inner monsters. A big lesson I have learned being 37 now, the monsters want to be seen, heard and validated and through your ultimate warrior strength, you will see the darkness makes the light have form and color. We are deeply rooted in the fairy tales and stories that have shaped us, making it very clear to see we are the many characters we meet. Every single movie you watch has these personas or aspects that resides in every single spirit. This journey is not easy, but it is quite simple once you learn inner peace, strength and gentleness. You are a beautiful flower blooming. Once we wake up, there is no more pretending. You really can't go back. And, If you could only see how much planning and detail has gone into this world around you, you would understand the love that all the universe has for you. You would finally trust! Thank our enemies for the lessons, send gratitude to all who unknowingly serve your journey and release into your ultimate oneness my loves. I'm Ashley ~

    I find it mind blowing that before today I had not heard the words morphic resonance before . I was listening to a podcast of merlin sheldrake this morning and he was talking about it. It stood out so much to me I wrote it down to research later, then I felt so called to watch this and in the first 10 minute you spoke about it. I definitely think there is a lesson in this for me. Thank you

  • @jamesjones8552

    I can feel this is real. I had to let the research go when I was 30 because memories of abuse from boyscout master came into my mind. This then damaged all areas of my life. I did many methods of healing for 5 years. I felt that lost my adult life. I felt I was stuck as a young teenager then later I was stuck in my 30s. Sad! All other people was starting their career and getting into relationships. I could not. I did breath work, Silva mind control, energy work and more. Now, 61 years old, I'm refacing trauma from boyscout master because of the national lawsuit going on. The writing is hard but praying that when I'm done it will help me release. I will look into this, EFT, EMDR, meditation with Joe dispenza's and much more to heal and release for good. Lastly, ready to take a road trip to focus on merging all of me by visiting the many places that I lived in. So thank you.

It was sooo hard completing all of the paperwork but after coming out the other end.....the payment helped with validation and gave me new opportunities and the focussed work has now helped so much. My ancestors go back to the early 1600's in America and the puritans in Massachusetts. I have always felt a deep guilt about how the Native American's have been treated here and I believe much of this has to do with how my ancestors treated them and how they stole their land. So, what she says makes a lot of sense.

    • @cowboy101lisa
      @cowboy101lisa 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +12

      Might want to study some actual history. The Puritans had a great relationship with the Wampanoag for decades. It was the non religious immigrants who caused the problem. BTW, my ancestors are of both people groups; should I have ancestral victimhood or oppressor traumas?

    I lost my entire family in the same year(2022) to different death causes and I am the last living soul in both bloodlines of my mother and fathers families and the guilt I have about not having kids because of it is killing me..knowing when I die, both bloodlines will be forever done and I could have kept them going if I had a child..I just don't want to bring a child into this technology/narcissistic society and the guilt of being the only person left is really confusing and disrupting my life not to mention the grief. But I also feel like being the last of both bloodlines is powerful in a way, like I am the culmination of centuries of two bloodlines that all existed so that I could be here and that makes me feel like a torch bearer for both bloodlines in a way and makes me want to see why I am the last of both, makes me want to live my life to the fullest and do everything I ever wanted so at least our bloodlines can end on an amazing note...Idk. Confusing. Just venting.

    • @denisemannino
      @denisemannino หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      You are much more than the culmination of your bloodlines, and this spiritual / energetic exploration is a challenge you and your Higher Self determined before you incarnated in this life. If you’re inclined, some meditation and even plant medicine could give you the greater overview to accept ’what is’ without any remorse. Your whole ancestry is written in the Akashic Record, and no lifetime or experience is lost.✌🏽💗🌟

      @SisterSunnyFreeSpirit หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Looking deeply together, we can deconstruct the societal boundaries and we can see that we are human family. We are siblings and you are not ending anything so do not bear that guilt. It wasn’t too long ago that we lived in villages that were considered all one family. there is no separation

    • @heidichristine2691
      @heidichristine2691 13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Many times we are not supposed to have children as it keeps us tethered to this earth. It could possibly your last incarnation on earth. We are all souls that live eternal and maybe you will decide to come into a whole other bloodline. Its the soul that live in the bodies so the family has much less significance.

  • @BluBurryRae
    @BluBurryRae 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +12

    My mind is genuinely blown and I’m immediately hooked. I was adopted into a family where I became the youngest, but I always felt so weird, strange and discombobulated. I felt like I had to protect my older siblings, and that I should’ve had a lot of the responsibilities my eldest sister did even though we had a very large age gap. When we grieved, I prioritized them first and made sure they were all safe and comforted, and I was their shoulder to cry on, and I put myself in that position because I felt like it felt right, and like it was my duty to do so. From this perspective it all suddenly makes sense. I was my biological mother‘s first born, I was supposed to be the oldest, and she told me that my biological father had more children after me. I was always supposed to be the eldest sibling, watching over younger siblings, and I reflected this onto almost everybody that I’ve ever met in my life. I always settle into this weird position of trying to be everyones older sister.

    • @ron1836
      @ron1836 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That is an interesting way to think of it. And I used to find angles similar that I accepted as ultimate truth. But as I continue learning I am finding so many more explanations for most things. For instance maybe the feelings you had and how you expressed them were due to early childhood abandonment. Causing you to always not feel worthy of others love. This made you over compensate by emotionally neglecting your own needs and only honing in on others around you and deeming yourself responsible. In order to assure you remained accepted and cared about by others. Basically a co-dependant type of thing.
      The best I can understand where I am viewing all this currently is by thinking that really our minds and bodies are extremely powerful and have systems of subconscious working on separate levels doing this in short and long term in our lives. And we for the most part cannot communicate or grasp much of what this is all about and how to harness or change it all to represent our conscious wants. And this might be by design. Since we are such finicky and easily manipulated beings on the surface.
      It seems we create whatever reality we exist in from within ourselves. Based on very very deep beliefs and states. Say for instance how an older person who is not capable of physically or mentally exerting themselves learning something new, will not search for a means to understand or find positive emotion while determining if they are interested in going out of their comfort zone experiencing something brand new. But a young person who has the energy and ability to do much with most anything they are introduced to fresh. Will become excited and begin soaking up as much as they can about a thing to process and learn. And this causes a positive emotion. Old person grumpy(weak,not enough, sick, strained...) yong person joyful( strong, blank slate, optimistic, full reserves)

    There's a video about the Emotion Code where he talks about how healing yourself also heals your ancestors, as well as future generations. Regarding scientific evidence, DNA scientists say that ancestral trauma is present in your DNA. They give the example of holocaust survivors passing along that trauma in their DNA. Wish I had those studies at hand, but it can be Googled.

    As we heal our own trauma we naturally heal our ancestral trauma because we came in with the trauma in our DNA/energy which then manifested the traumas we had in our life because of our thoughts and beliefs from the energy passed down to us... If that makes sense!

    I feel like having spiritual gifts are almost seen as normal for a lot of brown people. Don't get me wrong they'll fear it but if it's something like seeing angels, seeing your dead loved one, or saying you got messages from a deceased loved one it's welcomed. I knew when people were going to die as a kid and I always had this weird connection with death and I didn't say anything until I was older out of fear. The only people I told were my parents because they also had certain abilities. If it's something seen as dark they try and tell you it's not real but if it's seen as positive they welcome it. I grew up baptist and the church folks would talk about things like that openly because it was normal for them.

    I love this theme, and also how she puts some things about the origin of trauma to words. I work with family constellations too, it is becoming more and more common in this part of the world (netherlands) as Bert Hellinger had a big influence in the work and german and dutch are quite close. There is so much dutch podcasts going in depth on the systemmic laws at play in us and it's dynamics making it very available.
    I believe this ancestral and systemmic approach is not the holy grail in the sense that one should dismiss indvidual body related trauma healing, but it is def the missing link in our healthcare approach! quite an important one too, taking us off the path of solely looking for everything in our individual selves, as that is not where all is to be found. Imagine going to therapy till your old days looking to work on yourself while a pattern stems from the system instead and to approach it there could be relativly easy.
    After working with this method for some years i cannot imagine taking on lifes challenges without having this inner ancestral connection. What once was more of a theory coming from indigenous teachings, but now has become the most touchable matter in my experience. My favorite constellation work is with human representatives in the field. But also with the puppets on a table it holds so much power. I also love how it doens't matter how sceptical one may be, but once he stands in the field as a representive he suddenly feels and thinks all these different things. It seems magical but it is so down to earth in this way.

    The timing of this is insane. My grandfather passed away almost 4 years now due to Covid and I went to visit him at his grave Friday, I’ve been feeling so much guilt and heaviness since his passing and I don’t know how to heal it. I talked to him on Friday and asked him to please show himself to give me a sign. Ive asked if this before but I think he knew I wasn’t mentally ready but I’m bettering myself. And I really think this is his sign. I’m hoping to make the Discord event, thank you so much to both of you for this video ❤

    The part about fear of disappointing ancestors triggered such an emotional reaction within me, like whoa! I’ve participated in a more general constellation in 2020, focused on shifting slavery wounds. I never dig into the family constellation aspect, but I’m so excited for the group constellation session! Thank you ladies ❤

    Yes the child can bring many traumas into the world. Im convinced of this when for years of working with children in water (swim teaching) i would be blown away at inexplicable interactions and responses from some of these kids that past lives experiences were at play.

    I have came to realize I am working with a curse as well as trauma. I have healed some trauma this far, but I have never believed in “curses” .. karma, I can resonate with. I need to untie this curse and that’s much harder than the other work I have accomplished in my journey. So right now I feel stuck and slightly helpless.. for now. I know the information will come to me in devine timing

    I absolutely love Sky. I love the straight forward questions she asks in order to determine the validity and reliability of the information being provided.
    I learned from Dr Bruce Lipton that every single experience we go through it's stored in our Energy Field.
    I am not sold on the reincarnation theories quite yet, specially the so called reasons to reincarnate specially choosing horrific parents, people and experiences before reincarnating. This is a topic I would love Sky to research and share her findings with us.
    I absolutely love you, admire you and look forward to every single one of your videos. Bravo darling 👏👏👏

    I've had so many messages about my ancestors come up lately. My relationship with my mom came up in a mushroom journey, then the next week in therapy my mom kept coming up in different ways, then a few days later a friend did an intuitive reading for me and my mom came up AGAIN, as well as my grandma, and my friend specifically said she felt like there was some work to do with them, and then the next day this video pops up in my notifications! Perfect timing!

      Hey hazard muffin, I recommend looking up new age to Jesus testimonies, there are SOOO many. I sound like a crazy person but demons are behind all new age practices. It will never bring you complete peace! Because demons don't care about your intentions, only that you don't turn to God. Even if you think what I'm saying is a load of rubbish, why not spend some mins researching, then make your mind up. Hope you have the best day, evening or night ! And if ever you feel frightened, just say the name of Jesus, demons will run because he will save you

    As you were asking her about how it works with DNA, they're is a book called 'It didn't Start With You- How inherited family trauma shapes who we are and how to end the cycle' by Mark Wolynn. He goes into detail about the biology of it all but he talks about how biological residues of trauma can be passed down from up to three generations back because basically the precursor cells of the egg that you developed from was already present in your mothers ovaries as baby in your pregnant grandmother. So he describes it as three generation sharing the same biological environment. And unlike women who are born with a lifetime supply of eggs, men just keep developing sperm all through adulthood so their sperm continues to be susceptible to traumatic imprints right up until conception. So you can imagine the chains of trauma that just stretch back to our ancestors.

    I really like the way Bela Devine uses the medicine wheel and the characters to symbolize “family” members. I was looking for more TH-cams using the medicine wheel, and it’s quite rare -
    many therapists use people (volunteers) in the room - or a diagram with figures……
    I would certainly like to experience this medicine wheel technique!!!

    This actually relates to a lot of other deeply spiritual work... I recently learned about different levels of the soul family and how you can have "stuff" in this life related to those other parts of your soul, basically the energy is "touching" part of a layer of one of the levels of your aura, so this would be a version of that on a more worldly-lifetime level. Which, as a beginner, I personally feel is so much more easy to access and potentially heal for someone at the beginning of their more awakened spiritual journey.
    At one point it even seems like she's talking about the Akashic Records. I feel like I could articulate this better if I had the proper vocabulary and understanding, but even without that I hope the thought resonates with someone and I'd be interested to know your thoughts.
    Also the Shamanic wheel reminds me of the chrome browser icon, which is cute if you think about this wheel as a "browsing (family history) tool"
    Also, Bela seems like she could be an incredible therapist.

    This was so interesting! Have you ever seen the show "Who do you think you are" where celebrities look into their ancesters and find out their stories. Oh and by the way I loved her shawl! Haha!
