So we assume this is the first step in the Meditation as practiced in Aurobindo Ashram at Puducheri as INTEGRAL YOGA, AND yet , put out ...so are there other parts to the furthering of this YOGA PRACTICE ?

No! This is not Yoga practice. This is precursor setting stage to family constellation healing where they are working with a group of people in a circle and once the actual process starts at the end of this video which they did not show us, the people in the circle move around sensing feeling and expressing a thought or feelings or whatever they sense, the healing facilitator will see what is happening in the circle to understand the problem so that healing of that can take place. The people in the circle don't know who or what they are representing in the process, they just move as they purely feel. It's the facilitator that interprets it. Once the problem is acknowledged it can be released and healing can take place as it also acknowledges the issue at various levels mental emotional energetic etc..
Since they chose the issue of Sanatan Dharma for the healing, they could have shared the rest of the process with us. As it was not about the personal issues of those in the circle. Disappointed that they didn't share the actual process of healing the intergenerational trauma as we didn't witness nor got to acknowledge what trauma came forth in the process of this family constellation. So this video is a dud.

Agar Tarot aur Reiki ke video TH-cam par ho sakte hai. Channeling ke ho sakte hai to ye poora session bhi ho sakta tha. Highly dissatisfying and disappointing. Shayad ye dar hi sanatan ko le duba hai
