- Today I share with you the making of chin chin with five painters of flour, for Christmas - with measurements. Enjoy! & Let me know what you think in the comments.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHIN CHIN:
1 PAINTER OF FLOUR:: (No baking powder)
1 paint bucket of flour (measured & leveled)
500g Magarine(melted) (Simas {2})
4 eggs
70 cubes sugar
2 tinned milk (300g)
1 cup condensed milk
A satchet of water
5 liters Vegetable oil for frying
Note: For softer chin chin, add half a satchet of Magarine & a cup of water

Butter, eggs, More milk, less water
Eggs, butter, and baking soda and not adding too much water make it soft
