Another recipe more healthy is without butter but oil. No baking powder. No milk. I found it and is so delicious also if you use some dry fruit mixed instead of Sugar.

I would say use the measurement of the evaporated milk as listed in the video, however the quantity of powdered milk you add to the water will depend on how rich you like it. So basically add your desired quantity of powdered milk to 3 1/4 cup or 4 cups of water.

Hi Seyi, yes it can as long as it is stored in an air tight container then it can last for a couple of months. You don’t want any air trapped in the container because that creates moisture which is not needed if you want it to last long and be taste fresh.
