Put all eggs in cookware and filling with cool water until cover all the eggs , bring it to boil for 15 minutes and remove the eggs to rinse in cold water for 5 minutes , than take the egg and gently press on the counter or chopping block with your palm and rolling back and forth to break the shell , and it’s easy to be peeled off , Try it , good luck .

Thank you for coming back and let me know how yours turned out. To make it more fluffy, you can try it with only the yeast, the baking powder can make it a bit chewy. I haven’t try it just the yeast yet. I’m hoping I can make it soon. But if you ever try to make it again, please come back and let me know if with just the yeast and how the bun would taste.
This recipe seems to have a Vietnamese twist with the glass noodles in the filling and milk in the dough(french colonial) : D Lap Cheong sausage too 😋 You could call it an Imperial Pork bun just put some turmeric in the dough to make it gold colour! I love your videos so very much, Thank you
My best experience with peeling off cooking eggs is easy: cover the eggs with cold water, bring its to boil when the water is boiling with the high heat then turn it off leave it in till the water is completly cool before you start peeling it, I usually do at night and peel it the next morning(I did add cold water to cool the water down faster but it didn't work) try it and good luck.
Boiling eggs put a little salt or pinch of salt in the water and when i peel my eggs either under warm water… Soak up in the warm water or hot water and sometimes, peel under run warm water .That I boil my eggs and put in the fridge so it cold eggs , so I used warm or hot water not burned my hand. But if you just boil it, I soak up with cold water. I hope it helpful
I loved your Pork Steam Bun recipes. Here is tips to remove egg shells easy. I used lots of boiled eggs for sandwiches. After the eggs cooked keep in cold water until it cool down that you can touch it , use the back of your tablespoon and crack around eggs shell, put back in cold water 1 min, the water will get inside the eggs, now the whole shells will come off without sticking. You can also use muffins paper cups to put cake for steaming without have to cut your parchment papers.
