Delicious Simple Pork Buns
✔️ Recipe and Ingredients
✨ Ingredients for buns part
▪️ All Purpose Flour - 4 cups or 600g
▪️ Salt - 1 Tsp
▪️ Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
▪️ Corn Starch - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Cooking Oil - 2 Tbsp
✨ Activate Active Dry Yeast first
▪️ Lukewarm Water - 1 Cup & 3/4 ( 400 ML )
▪️ Active Dry Yeast - 2 Tsp
▪️ Sugar - 5 Tbsp ( 100g )
✨Ingredients for fillings
▪️ Ground Pork - 900g ( 2lbs )
▪️ Cabbage - 300g
▪️ Onion - 150g
▪️ Garlic- 6 cloves
▪️ Green Onion - 4x
▪️ Salt - 1 Tsp
▪️ Sugar - 1 Tsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 Tsp
▪️ Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
▪️Oyster Sauce - 2Tsp
▪️ Egg - 1x
✔️ There will be left over on the meat part. You can use it to make soup or cook with eggs.
