I think you did great. I could not use that mascara either. You must have stayed out of the sun..your skin is lovely. I dip my brushes in a tad of water when. Using LA or Wet and Wild shadows.
I finally bought a nose hair clipper ( battery type) and it’s better than scissors.

That pink lipstick you use I bought before the dollar tree and it is bubblegum. My lipstick portion wasn’t very creamy, but I used it and then I would put the lip gloss over the top not bad for a buck.

Oil and silicone based primers DONT MIX... It will pill like crazy... Did you prep your skin before any makeup?

A 'sticky' or 'grippy' primer is supposed to help the foundation last longer....do you think it did??? Once you put brows on, your whole face looks better 😊 isn't it funny how our brows fade and our face looses definition, and as soon as we put that back, it looks so much better... loved the lip colours... but yeah, cheap make-up, that cheap, is usually not real pigmented.... but overall, you got a lovely look out of it, you don't look 70! ❤❤❤❤

I have to say I am really impressed at how well you do your makeup. Very nice. I don't do as much contouring and I don't do primer on my face. I guess I'm going to have to go pick up some primer

A tip I saw from a gorgeous lady on youtube doing her eye shadow might work with the eye shadows you used here...she dips her brush in water, then wipes it on a cloth..she said it prevents fallout...
Pamela I could hear your fingers rubbing on your face, as you pointed out your skins sounds very dry, what are you using for skin care? Also for your under eye wouldn’t you be better off using a colour corrector for the dark circles like peach?
Dollar tree makeup looks too oily and shiny
Older skin looks horrible with a mat finish

I have that pallet, I have the pink and a brown/gray colored one, plus the white for my brow bone area.
With mascara, you need to learn to zig zag then pull up….
No matter what products you use it always turns out great! Even dollar store…
How did it hold up??? This is the real question!!! I say Dollar Tree would probably be better than nothing but definitely not what I would waste my money on!!! From my observation in your video, the lipstick would be the only item from Dollar Tree that I would even consider buying perhaps to keep in my purse for a touch up when out and about or to put in my pool or beach bag.
The nose hairs are there for a purpose . Trim them slightly but do not wax and cut out those hair.

You look great! I'm a big fan of both ELF and Wet n Wild makeup brands but I can't say I like every one of their products.
I like their eyeshadows with 3 in the pallette.
They blend better than some more expensive eyeshadows but their foundstion sucks..lol
Thier mascaras aren't good either.

I mix and match also with makeup! Some can make it work and others can't. I'm a creator of arts...we do go by feel a lot, and can see colors that are needed to obtain the painting we desire. ❤
