1) ایک ایسی عیسائی لڑکی جس کے ماں باپ کو شادی پر کوئی اعتراض نہیں ہے لیکن شادی کے لیے جو اجازت کی شرط ہے وہ پوری نہیں کی گئی تو کیا شادی ہو جائے گی کے نہیں ۔
2) یورپ میں لڑکیاں عیسائی لڑکوں سے شادی کم ہی کرتی ہیں ۔ یہ زیادہ تر ویسے ہی ناجائز تعلقات رکھتی ہیں۔ اور اس معاشرے میں اس طرح کے ناجائز تعلقات کو شادی کہتے ہیں۔ تو کیا ایسی لڑکیوں سے شادی کے لیے ولی کی ضرورت ہے؟ کیونکہ جب وہ اپنے سابقہ بوائے فرینڈ کو چھوڑ دیتی ہیں تو یہ مطلقہ والا کیس بن۔ جاتا ہے۔
3 ) کیا ایک عیسائی لڑکی سے عیسائیوں والے طریقے سے شادی جائز ہے؟ کیونکہ ان کی شادی میں بھی دو گواہ ہوتے ہیں۔ایک اقرار نامہ اور شادی کا گفٹ ہوتا ہے۔۔ اور کیا پھر اس سے تعلق قائم کیا جا سکتا ہے ۔۔
4 ) جو شادی صرف آئی ڈی کارڈ
(paper marriage)
حاصل کرنے کے لیے کی جائے کیا وہ حرام ہے؟ اگر وہ شادی حرام ہے تو کیا اس شادی کے وسیلے سے حاصل کردہ جاب یا بزنس کی کمائی بھی حرام ہو گی؟
5) اگر(paper marriage) میں لڑ کا اور لڑکی ساتھ رہنے میں راضی ہوں لیکن لڑکے کی نیت یہ ہو کہ میں آئی ڈی کارڈ کے بعد اس کو چھوڑ دوں گا یا پاکستان میں دوسری شادی کر لوں گا تو کیا یہ شادی حرام ہو گی؟ کیونکہ یورپ میں دوسری شادی ناقابل معافی جرم ہے ۔
6) یورپ میں آج کل ایک رشتہ چلتا ہے جس کو بوائے فرینڈ اور گرل فرینڈ (relationship) کہتے ہیں۔ اس کی سمجھ نہیں آتی۔ کیونکہ اس میں لڑکی کے ماں باپ کی طرف سے اجازت ہوتی ہے(مطلب ولی کی اجازت ہو گئی ) کے لڑکی لڑکے کے ساتھ رہ لے اور یہ لوگ سب کو بتاتے بھی ہیں کہ ہم نے اکٹھے رہنے کا فیصلہ کر لیا ہے (declaration بھی ہو گی) اور گفٹ بھی دیتے ہیں (یعنی مہر) ۔ تو شادی کی شرائط پوری ہو جاتی ہیں۔ اگر کوئی مسلم لڑکا ایسا کرتا ہے تو کیا یہ نکاح کے زمرے میں آئے گا یا زنا؟ ایسا ہو رہا ہے آج کل اور پاکستانی لڑکے کہتے ہیں کہ یہ جائز ہے۔ اور اس میں
کوئی پیپر میرج نہیں۔ کوئی دھوکہ نہیں ہے۔
7 ) یہاں لڑکے جاب کونٹریکٹ کے بغیر جاب کرتے ہیں جو کے یہاں جرم ہے۔ کونٹریکٹ میں گورنمنٹ کو ٹیکس دیا جاتا ہے۔ تو کیا ایسی کمائی حرام ہو گی یا حلال؟ کچھ جگہوں پر باس ہی کونٹریکٹ نہیں بنا کر دیتا تو اس کے بارے میں کیا کریں۔ جاب چھوڑ دیں یا کرتے رہیں ۔
8) میرے باس نے میری ڈیوٹی لگائی ہے کہ تم نے شراب خریدنی ہے۔ تو میں کیا کروں جاب چھوڑ دوں کے نا۔ اچھی جاب ملنی بہت مشکل ہے۔ گھر کا خرچ بھی اٹھانا ہوتا ہے۔
9) ڈلیوری کی جاب ہے۔ کھانا لوگوں کے گھروں میں ڈلیور کرنا ہوتا ہے اور کھانے میں خنزیر بھی ہوتا ہے۔ تو کیا یہ جاب جائز ہے کے نہیں
10) جاب کی اور کالج کی ٹائمنگ سولہ گھنٹے تک ہو جاتی ہے۔ گھر میں کھانا بنانے کا ٹائم نہیں ہوتا۔ اس لیے کھانا اپنے ریسٹورنٹ میں کھاتا ہوں جن پلیٹوں میں کھاتا ہوں وہ صاف تو ہوتی ہیں لیکن ان میں ہی خنزیر استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔ کیا کروں ؟
چکن یہاں ذبح ہوتا ہے لیکن تکبیر کے بغیر ۔ کیا وہ کھا سکتے ہیں کے نہیں؟
11) کچھ عربیوں کی شاپس ہیں وہ کہتے ہیں کو ہمارا گوشت حلال ہے۔۔ تو کیا ان کی زبان پر عتبار کر لیں یا پوری تحقیق کریں ؟؟
12) جاب کے دوران صفائی کرتے ہوئے جسم اور کپڑوں پر خنزیر کا خون اور چربی لگ جاتی ہے۔ تو کپڑوں اور جسم کو الگ الگ پاک کرنے کا کیا طریقہ اختیار کریں۔
13) ڈلیوری دینے گھروں میں جاتے ہیں تو لوگوں کے پالتو کتے کپڑوں کو چھوتے ہیں۔ تو کپڑے کو پاک کیسے کریں۔
14) جاب کی ٹائمنگ ایسی ہے کہ وقت پر نماز نہیں پڑھ سکتے۔۔ میں ظہر کے وقت کے ایک گھنٹہ پہلے فجر ظہر اور عصر پڑھ لیتا ہوں ۔ عشاء کے وقت مغرب اور عشاء ۔ کیا یہ ٹھیک ہے۔
15) یورپ میں نظروں کی حفاظت کیسے کریں۔ جہاں جاب کرتے ہیں وہاں لڑکیاں آدھی ننگی ہو کر ہمارے ساتھ جاب کرتی ہیں۔ اور جسم بھی ساتھ لگ جاتا ہے غیر ارادی طور پر اور ہم سے خود آ کر سیکس کی باتیں کرتی ہیں۔ کسٹمرز بھی بکنی پہن کر آتی ہیں۔ اگر ان کی طرف دیکھ کر بات نا کرو تو ہو کہتی ہیں کہ یہ ہماری بے عزتی ہے۔۔ اس صورتحال میں روزے کا کیا بنے گا۔۔۔۔ ہن دسو چڑی وچاری کی کرے۔۔۔
ایک دوست سے میں نے پیسے لیے تھے پیپر میرج کروانے کے لیے معاملہ یہ طے پایا تھا کہ اگر کوئی شادی میں مسلہ بنا تو پیسے واپس ہوں گے۔ اور میں نے ایڈوانس کے طور پر اس سے ایک ہزار یورو بھی لیا۔ لیکن کچھ دنوں کے بعد اس نے کہا کہ اس نے شادی نہیں کروانی۔ اب شرط کے مطابق تو کوئی مسئلہ نہیں بنا وہ خود ہی پیچھے ہٹ گیا۔ وہ کہتا ہے کہ میرے پیسے واپس کرو اور میں یہ کہتا ہوں کہ میں شادی کروانے کے لئے تیار ہوں شرط کے مطابق اگر کوئی شادی میں مسلہ بنا تو پھر میں پیسے واپس کروں گا۔۔۔
اسلام اس مسئلے میں کیا کہتا ہے
یورپ میں مسجد کے سپیکر میں اذان نہیں ہوتی تو اس لیے ہم سن نہیں سکتے اور اذان کا جواب اور بعد کی دعا نہیں پڑھ سکتے ۔ تو کیا موبائل پر اذان سن کر اس کا جواب اور وسیلہ والی دعا پڑھ سکتے ہیں۔

Ali bai mai Ahlehadees hou, mai nai ye book 2013 Mai padi hai jab mai nai ye pada mai hil gaya ibn taymiya se galti huwi hai iss ka difa karna theek nhi lakin 1 baat sach hai ibn taymiya ki wo ye ki sahabi ka amel hujjat nhi hai sirf pyare nabi aur khulfai Rashideen ka rasta pakada sunnat se sabit hai rahi baat ibn Taymiya ki toh Ahlehadees ibn Taymiya k mohtaaj nhi hum bas Quran hadees aur ijma ko hujjat maante hai hamara imam Muhammad s.a.w hai aur hamare grand mufti B Muhammad s.a.w hai .ibn Taymiya Ibn Umar ki pao ki khaak k barabar B nhi hai ye Ahlehadees jamaat ka imaan hai 🙂

The Imam of the Hanafis, Badr ad-Din (Mahmud ibn Ahmad) al-'Ayni said, "Whosoever says Ibn Taymiyyah is a kafir then he is in reality himself a kafir, and the one who accuses him of heresy is himself a heretic. How is this possible when his works are widely available and there is no hint of deviation or dissension contained therein."['Radd al-Wafir' (p. 245)]
As-Suyuti said in the course of discussing his biography, "Shaykh ul-Islam, the Hafidh, the Faqih, the Mujtahid, the distinguished Mufassir, the rarity of his time, Scholar of the Ascetics." ['Tabaqat al-Huffadh' (p. 516 no. 1144), and 'Al-Asbah wa'n-Nadha'ir' (3/683) of As-Suyuti]

All human beings are bound to make mistakes. The prophets couldn't make mistakes as they are infallibles.
Hafiz Ibn Hajar Asqalani r.a writes in his book Al Durar ul Kaminah : " No body calls Ibn Tamiyyah r.a a Kafir except one of these two People :
1. A true kafir himself
2. A man who has no knowledge regarding him
Ibn Daqiq al Eed r.a Says : When I met Ibn Tamiyya r.a I saw a man for whom all knowledge was as if in front of his eyes ( in front of him ) he would take from it whatever he wanted and leave from it whatever he wished.
Imam al zahabi r.a writes in Seer A'lam al Nubala : This is the writing of our sheikh , the Imam, the Sheikh ul Islam , The one of his kind in his time , He learned Quran and Fiqh and debated and derived rulings before he reached adulthood.
Hafiz al mizzi r.a says regarding him : I saw no one like him and neither did he see anyone like him and I did not see anyone who was more knowledgable regarding the Quran and Sunnabh than him and neither did I see anyone more adherent to the Sunnah than him r.a.
Hafiz Iraqi Calls him Sheikh ul Islam in most of his books
Hafiz Ibn Rajab al Hanbali says regarding him : Al Imam , Al faqih , Al mujtahid , Al muhaddith , Al Hafiz , Al mufassir , Al usooli , Al Zahid taqi ul din abul Abbas Sheikh ul Islam .
Students of Ibn Tamiyyah Include : Hafiz Ibn Kathir r.a ( Author of Tafsir Ibn Kathir ) Shams ul din al Zahabi r.a ( Author of Seer A'lam al nubala and tarikh al kabeer) Ibn Qayyim al Jawziyya , Imam Mizzi r.a and al Bazzar r.a.
So this summarises the fact that when someone spits by facing the sky above it , it only lands up on their own faces.
This psudo engineer of some third class university of internal punjab Pakistan which probably ranks 1000000 in the world can only bark like a street dog on the best of the people who served the Ummah through their character and writings. ( Whilst the irony will remain that he cant even read Ibn tamiyyah's books let alone understanding them )
Their legacy lives on and people loved them and will keep continuing to love them because of their Knowledge , Practice and Sincerity for Allah's deen and because they touched people's lives in the best way.

پہلے اھل سنتہ والجماعتہ کی معنی سمجھ لو۔بعض صحابہ کے تفردات ھیں۔لیکن دوسرے صحابہ رض کی جماعت اگر مخالفت کرے۔تو ایک صحابی رض کے قول کو چھوڑ دیا جائے گا۔اور یہی الجماعہ کا مطلب ھے۔لیکن اس مرزا کو سمجھ نہیں آتی۔باقی بدعت کا فتوی مرزا لگا رھے ھیں۔ابن تیمیہ نے نہیں لگایا۔

All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Saying that Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah described the Companion Ibn ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, as an innovator in religion is a heinous lie against the Shaykh . Refuting this lie is easy if you go back to his statements and read them. Perhaps your friends are referring to what he said about intentionally praying in the places where it was narrated that the Prophet prayed during his travel (only because he happened to be there at the time of prayer); and whether or not it is permissible to intentionally set out to those places to pray in them?
Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah discussed this issue and mentioned that it was not narrated from the Rightly-Guided Caliphs and other Companions that they headed to those places to pray there, and this was not authentically narrated except about Ibn ‘Umar, and that heading to them to pray there became an innovation after the time of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs. So your friends might have understood that Ibn Taymiyyah meant that Ibn ‘Umar was an innovator in the religion, which is not true. There is a difference between ruling that an action is an innovation and ruling that its doer is an innovator.
Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah said in Iqtidhaa’ As-Siraat Al-Mustaqeem:
“As for intentionally praying in those places where the Prophet prayed because he happened to be there, then this was not narrated by any other Companion than Ibn ‘Umar. Rather, Abu Bakr, ‘Umar, ‘Uthmaan, ‘Ali, and all the other foremost Companions from the Muhaajireen and Ansaar used to go from Madeenah to Makkah for Hajj and ‘Umrah, or just as travelers, but it was not reported that any of them sought to pray at those places where the Prophet had prayed. It is known that if this matter had been desirable to them, then they would have preceded us in doing it, as they were most knowledgeable about his Sunnah and most adherent to it than any other people.The Prophet said, ‘I urge you to adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs after me; hold tightly to it. And beware of newly-invented matters, for every newly-invented matter is an innovation, and every innovation is a misguidance.’
Seeking to pray at those places is not the Sunnah of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs; rather, it is an innovation. If the saying of a Companion and his action are contradicted by another Companion, it is not evidence, let alone if it is contradicted by the majority of the Companions.”
Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah said in another place in the book:
“The second issue is to particularly seek to pray at those places without it being the time for his prayer. Rather, he just wanted to pray and supplicate because of that place. This was not reported from Ibn ‘Umar or anyone else. Although some people claimed that Ibn ‘Umar did that, it was proven that his father ‘Umar forbade that. It was confirmed by Tawaatur (successive mass narration) from the Muhaajireen and the Ansaar that they would not do that. So it is not possible that Ibn ‘Umar had done something that would be evidence against his father and against the Muhajireen and the Ansaar…”

Looking at all his videos, one find a common thing, which is a soft corner for Shia sect. He neither criticize them explicitly nor he point out to their deviant practices in detail. In this video, he is trying to imply something on great scholar, which he didn’t mean. Had he had any serious intentions of highlighting said issue in video, he would have had brought forward more serious arguments to refute it instead of ending it with ridicule and reiteration of BABIE or BABI.
