This is by far the BEST natural mascara routine for Asian lashes!!! I love how they turned out.
I’ve been using the lash sensational forever but your lashes look way more natural. Too bad my eyes are super hooded too-they end up being devoured by my eyelid fat :(

i recommend taking off a lot of the product on the tube! the lash sensational brush is so big and a lot of product gets on the brush

Depending on how eyes shape as well. She still has good space in her creases however most of asian eyes are monolids so the eyelids will push down the lashes in no time.

i got length no volume and no mascara will change that, individual lashes helps a lot.

@@vutekoaalu4188 you can use some oil to make them grow. Like almond oil or ricini oil. My lashes were medium length and I could make them grow a little, I think now are large.
Here’s a tip: Make sure you fully coat the ends of your eyelashes so they are visible. It makes them look way longer and darker

I also hold the brush at the end of my lashes for a couple of seconds for the last few strokes as it helps them stand up or curl.
I go behind & roll. Helps them stand up straighter too

I made a homemade serum for my lashes i just looked it up on Google. I used vitamin e coconut oil and castor oil. Put it in a little bottle and used it 3 nights in a row and I saw it worked made them fuller longer lashes. N07 at target has a serum for like 10 bucks too.

Thank god you wrote that. This is legit. All well using a curler and having curled long lashes. For 5 seconds.......... .... ...
Me too, so I use my hairdryer to heat up the curler. But don’t make it so hot that it burns your eyelid. And then hold the eyelash curler on your lashes long enough for the eyelash curler to cool down, which locks in the curl. This helps my lashes hold the curl long enough for me to put on mascara, and then the mascara helps hold the curl shape.

If i go that many time with mascara, my lashes would be a solid block 😂 amazing how u can achieve a non clumpy look. Even more amazing if how u dont get the mascara all over your lid!
You have to wait for each layer to dry, and get the lashes well brushed before applying the first layer. If the first layer goes on smoothly, the next layers should be applied more gently and less at the base and it works like magic :)
You could also get an eyelash comb like she used!

I agree, although I do this routine on special occasions...not on a daily basis. Your mindset is different when you are going out for a special event - ‘you have more patience’...I cannot do this everyday, I’ll definitely mess up!! I look at it as a “treat” to myself because I know the outcome is gonna be worth every minute ! Come on ladies YOU are worth it...

The Lovely Chelsey depends if you are using waterproof mascara or just regular mascara. I quit using waterproof because it has Teflon in it, which is not good for our bodies. If I know I must stay pretty and I’m going to cry. I will only use waterproof on the bottom lashes.
Use a cleansing oil of your choice to break down the mascara if using a waterproof.
Use a micellar water with a qTip to really cleans the lash line. You have tiny glands on the lash line. As well makeup can affect the growth of our lashes.
So being a little lazy and allowing that black line to stay cause we can’t wash it off. Later down the road can affect your lashes.
Castor oil without Hexane is awesome to grow lashes as well as brows. Even the hair on your head.

so glad i found this video especially for asian lashes!! mine are similar to yours as in they’re long but pretty thin and i’ve never tried using multiple mascaras bc i thought it would be too clumpy but i’m definitely going to try out these mascaras 😍😭

I love this video! Thank you! I have pin straight lashes and I've always tried to find different ways to make my lashes look long and actually stay curled. I've noticed that waterproof mascara is the biggest key to making my lashes stay curled. I always use two different mascaras as well. I've noticed they stay longer when I use waterproof first 🙌🏼
The problem with my eyelashes is that they aren’t curled what so ever so I curl them and then, when I put on mascara, they go back to all straight 😭😩
Klara .U all you have to is apply mascara only to the edges not to the roots of your lashes coz it’s where it holds the curl
try heating your eyelash curler a little bit with a hairdryer, and then without the eyelash curler being too hot curl your eyelashes a few times or however many times you want and then apply mascara
try using waterproof mascara, i myself have long thick lashes but straight, try curling the middle of your lashes first, then the roots approx. 30 seconds each then try a thick waterproof mascara... thank me later

It just gets so clumpy
No. I can't even get a single coat on that doesn't look like I put it on with a spatula. I've tried everything, primer, comb, even attempts at separating them with the edge of tweezers. Once they're stuck together, which is all the time, they stay that way. The curling works on one eye....until I go to curl the other side.
If mascara gets clumpy and dry it’s probably old. Buy a mascara that is no where near its expiration date

Another fantastic mascara is Covergirl Clump Crusher. Its in a green tube and comes in both regular and water proof formulas. Its what ive used for three years and it never lets me down. Very natural lashes yet it adds amazing length. I use it with the Falsies Volumizer one in the video, and that duo is wonderful. Both affordable too. Love this tutorial and your voice is oddly relaxing.
edit: Mascara combs are a godsend i use one every day

Surprised that I am actually doing almost the same routine. And I've used all these mascaras. I sometimes use a layer of fiber mascara too and it really helps. But the curler is the key to having a fuller, longer lash look
Y’all that second curl is a must for me too!! And tho I normally don’t wear waterproof, I definitely love my lashes more with a waterproof mascara... the hold is wayyy better. Great tips girl!! & if you don’t have a fancy lash comb, wash an old silicone mascara wand clean & use it for separation & brow finishing. Works great! I’m also extra AF & will gently use a tweezer to separate clumped lashes... but to me, lashes are everything & worth the time 🤪

I bought the cat eye mascara because of this video. I was not disappointed 👌 very expensive but I love it.
I dont think its a good idea using dry q-tips under your eyelid. Those little fiber on Q-tips can get stuck on your eye and it can bother your eye.
Yeah esp since I wear contacts, but liner transfers really fast on me when I don’t dry my tightline. I’ll find a good middleground someday :)

Can't be any worse than tightlining. I would disinfect the eyeliner each time if I were to tightline especially since I wear contacts.
@@ShifraSays you can get lint free wipes. They are called Kim wipes and they are used for microscopes and such but would work in this situation I think. Or a lint free lens cleaning wipe for eyeglasses.

I'm so surprised to have found this video on my youtube home page because I never thought I would see someone do their mascara so similar to the way I do my own!! I have emphasized how straight and thin my natural lashes are to people who comment on my lashes yet no one believes me because of how I do my mascara! Even people who have seen my natural lashes wonder how I do my mascara yet when I try to explain it to them they don't think it would work for them. none the less this is a great video and I'm glad ur sharing this technique with so many people!

What an art! Thank-you sooo much for posting this. I have seen so many lash tutorials! But this is definitely my favorite one! I don't like to wear false lashes so this will help..
I hate full falsies but if you ever want to really amp your lash look up you might try using single clusters (or cutting a small section from full falsies) just on the outside edges. Gives a cat eye effect and makes it look like all of your lashes are longer without a whole heavy strip.
OMG I do exactly the same steps, btw you can try the maybelline lash sensational it separates the lashes perfectly but use the wand not with the hollow side on your lashes but with the bulging side it works better

It's all mostly studio lighting and makeup, when your up close and in person everyone has obvious pores. Having "non-flawless" skin is still beautiful, everyone has pores and flaws. Nothing to be ashamed of when everyone can relate😊❤

how do you not get your eyelashes to stick to the eyelash curler if you curl your lashes after applying mascara? Mine end up sticking and can cause my lashes to get pulled out (which is why I can't do it)
I wait for them to dry for maybe a minute or two and don’t usually have any problems. They stick a little but they don’t get pulled out :).
maybe try a different mascara !! one that dries after a little bit

I realize it’s your preference but most tutorials will tell you to NEVER use the eyelash curler AFTER the mascara has been applied because it can cause the lashes to ‘tear’ out on the curler. This is because the mascara causes the lashes to stick to the curler. So I wouldn’t recommend recurling after you’ve already applied your mascara. And yeah guys, I agree-it helps to have naturally long lashes to begin with.

How can you prevent the eyeliner on your top eyelashes to transfer to your bottom eyelashes
you can try using a waterproof eyeliner, i use the sephora pencil liner and it doesn't transfer!
Try priming your eyelid before eyeliner, setting your eyeliner with powder and also setting your under eye where it transfers with a skin colored powder. Any one or combo of those things gets my liner to stay better :)

That purple maybelline Falsies mascara you're using is my #1 absolute FAVE mascara! It gives major volume. Everyone needs it! And its drugstore! But for natural I love benefit's RollerLash macara since it seperates my lashes perfectly without being too thick.

You risk pulling your eyelashes out by curling them once they have mascara on them. The mascara sticks to the rubber band and then the lashes get ripped out. If you're going to do this, wait until the mascara is completely dry. Or just don't use 12 coats of the stuff in the first place.

Try the Milk Kush mascara! I have lashes that look kinda like yours and it has a good grip and thickness to the formula that does most of what you do but in just 1-2 coats! 💕

I did this today and I didn't do all the steps exactly but most of it: curl, use a mascara with a curved brush, comb through, a volumizing mascara, comb through again and it worked!
Using mascara primer is really great to have that long lashes without having to apply too much layers of mascara & makes it clumpy! Especially very helpful for those with short lashes. Also using lash serum/castor oil/Egyptian Magic Cream is really helpful to grow your lashes more. 💕
Great tutorial, thanks. I've had bad experiences with eyelash extensions and have finally grown my natural lashes back (took nesrly 3 mos.!). I was about to learn how to apply falsies but then I found your video and I prefer this much more:)

Tip; If you don’t already have long eyelashes put on 1 coat of mascara than put on a powder such as setting powder it even baby powder on your eyelashes then put on another coat (do as many coats as desired just apply powder between each one) the powder works as a fiber to extend the length of your lashes. it works!!! just wanted to help.

No. 7 has a lash serum for $10.... and its better than Rodan &Fields "Lash Boost" (if your familiar with that) the price difference of $110! I've been using the bottle of No.7 Lash serum for a week and I already have 4 'baby lashes' on my right eye and 3 on my left! And I think they're growing in thicker cuz that's why I noticed them; kind of annoying when they're short and stubby & you can't curl them yet, lol.

A few months ago i open my oven and flames burn my face and my lashes and eyebrows gone thank God they grew back and my lashes are kind of short but this helps I used other mascara but if you follow your process it works! Some steps you clear is optional and so like everything in you tube use what it works for you! Thank you 🙏 for the tutorial
The only bad thing about my eye lashes is that when I apply the lash mascara they go back to FLAT

Dip your eyelashes curler in hot or lukewarm water, then curl them. You can also heat with a blow-dryer. Follow with mascara so it will dry curled. Good luck 🤗
I have the same problem. Only certain mascaras will hold my curl. The Covergirl Lash Blast does the job for me. Waterproof too!
