With regard to rule 5 (loss of control) would an attempt still be valid if your legs came forward during the dip phase but you still maintained control of the weights and kept your legs straight? An example that comes to mind would be Ludo’s last MU attempt at last year’s Worlds.
How does pull up/chin up score differ in different weight categories in competition? I know it depends on what kind of mass it is, but it was always a topic for debates, so i wanted to ask somebody with competition experience
@@MichaSchulz the weight lifted, for example the average chin up below 80kg body weight is 75 kg and below 90kg body weight is 85kg. In fitness community people always argued if additional body weight helps you with weighted pull ups or makes it harder

I would say no in general but with room for the judge to say yes
Hey, somebody in my academy told me that resting the chest to the bar is considered a no rep ... We have to make it quick ... Is that so bro?
