Real. All i do is pull ups and bent over rows now.

Same but I add deadlifts for athleticism

I love proper pull ups ❤
I like doing multiple exercises because it keeps it fun and exciting.If all I did were that and one variation of rows for example, then I would have quit the gym month long ago.
pls dont skip rows. i got strong on pullups but the thickness was lacking and now i have to specialise on my upper back to bring it up
6 sets of pull ups, barbell rows and sitting cable rows to the belly or chest or both, 3/4 exercises more than enough
Whats your weight
Pull ups don't really give me the thickness I want.. I look flat from the back. It looks bad in the mirror.
Check out Alex Leonidas, he recommends Behind The Neck (But you gotta start slow and be strong).Also, don't be scared to row.
