Wow, its been ages since we've been to Niagra, we were still kids. Went to the Canadian side but just for a day trip. I was surprised there was no mention of a certain water park, but then you were on the US side and that would be Canadian side. I seem to recall something about a mansion/winery tour if you did the Canada-US Niagra river cruise? I could be wrong and that is likely long gone.
Hilton properties do seem to really go for the service for higher tiers only - we stayed at one of the Hiltons near Pearson (where the figure skaters stay) and got zero service from them. They pushed the Hilton card and *still* got zero service, lol.

Actually we were on the Canadian side! Our view was just of the American Falls.
