what!!! can't believe the water charge!! good tip on checking the credit card charges. Getting free parking at the casino is the worst now, it used to be so easy. Was thinking of trying 88 South but it always looks empty. I've stayed at that Ramada before and it wasn't really too bad, they didn't charge for parking back when I stayed though
Yeah the water charge was annoying. And it took a lot of phone calls to get them to finally answer and remove the charge. Always check your credit card statement!
What challenges have you had with parking there? I park at the side closest to Holiday Inn and it's fairly convenient but you need to be Ignite and above I think.

The water charge was annoying but I agree. Sometimes I don't mind treating myself to a nice room and paying a premium. But when you just want to get away, a cheap room can definitely do the job. As long as the room is clean and no bed bugs!
You still have to get over to Seneca Casino, was there last weekend, comp room, free drinks, live band, reasonable priced food, machines I find are looser than Fallsview, quick border crossing, can also hit the Outlet Mall which is 10 minutes from Casino.
I know, I know. It's on my list, I swear! I can't log into my account though. Probably because it's been so long since I was there. And I find the rates there to be no bueno. I promise I will get to Seneca though! Did you stay there or somewhere near by?
I'm doing another Ontario based casino next week and I have a Vegas trip on the horizon so plenty more casino videos in the pipeline!
@@Spot_Wright Try calling to get a better rate or google search close by hotels, feel like a road trip try Lac Leamy Casino which is attached to the Hilton, great casino and Hotel.
@@Vegas-fe9yv that would be fun! We went to Montreal Casino a couple of years ago (before the channel) and enjoyed it. I definitely want to try and highlight more Ontario based ones too like Rama, Woodbine (which I don't like), etc but I will probably reserve those for after I return from Vegas in April. I actually got invited to do a review of somewhere next week so stay tuned for that! 🤫
That’s terrible about the water charge…NOT to mention they charged you for it, when you didn’t touch it! That’s VERY bad business…that’s enough to turn me off from staying there….certainly makes you wonder if they think they can just get away with tacking it on….how many people don’t check their bill…like you mentioned. I'm sure it happens all the time! I wouldn't normally think to check my bill but I just happened to and noticed it. I'll definitely be checking my bills more often now! Thanks for watching!

It's so true! Even though it may only be a few dollars, it's the principle of the situation. I didn't drink the water so don't charge me for it.
