  • Follow along to these stretches to learn how to do a scorpion fast! This stretch routine is designed to improve back, shoulder and leg flexibility to get a higher scorpion. For best results I recommend following along daily or at least 3 times a week. ♡

    I’ve been wanting another scorpion/needle routine! A needle is one of my fav poses on my good leg, but I’ll definitely be trying this on my bad leg ❤️

    Hi! I started off doing your Stretches, Anna, because I wanted to increase my flexibility (I also did D'Andre's and someone else's stretches). Along with your videos, I would memorize the stretches and complete them on my own time. I can now do the splits, a large majority of the stretches you do with no pain, over splits, and I am 3 centimeters from my middle splits.

      I know this was a while ago, but that’s great! I did something similar where I learned the stretches from her videos and started working on them in my own time! I now have my right splits, at I’m really close to my left splits!

      @Lydia Harman heyy! I stopped doing it after about 2 weeks because I wasn't really focusing on my needle anymore (I'm focusing on tumbling). But this helped sooooo much! When I did it, my scorpions improved so much! I recommend adding some more bridges/backbends tho!

      @@sdprxas I’m really sorry, I can’t remember which routine I did. I stretch most days because I do a lot of dancing and I’ve been doing it for a while, so that’s helped a lot to develop my flexibility. So, stretching regularly will definitely help to improve your flexibility!!

    TYSM, Anna, you have helped me so much as well as the stretches from your stretch channel!! At first I was working on my splits, then I started practicing with an object to hold my legs while grabbing my foot. Then I suddenly remembered that you had several videos on how to do a scorpion. I started off one day, and even with one video, my scorpion was very visibly improving💕💕!! And I am going to try and do this stretch routine as often as possible❤❤❤❤

    Thank you so much Anna! I used to only be able to left up my leg with one hand, and now because of you, I got both of my hands on the leg. I only did this routine 3 times and I don't do it daily.

    Thank you for starting a vlog that you can teach us how to make us flexible and thank you for entertaining us. Honestly my dream is being flexible then now I saw your vlog and some stretches, I did the stretches and I DID MY MIDDLE SPLIT AND OVER MIDDLE SPLIT! My mom, dad, auntie, uncle, my sister and cousins and my other relatives shock to me because i did a middle split and over middle split! This thank you is unstoppable, I can't believe in real, I did a middle split just because of you! Nowadays, Im learning how to improve my scorpion and how to do the scorpion. I love you Anna!       This still increases flexibility so u will still be able to get more flexibility and do an over extended needle
