I just did my first couple test hops on mine. They now sell a BYOV (no Air unit) wired for the DJI Controller on Sbus for $138. I put an ELRS Rx on mine for much less than the BNF. I love the idea of Slow Flow, that is how I fly.
They have the 03 PNP on the Emax website so I ordered one so I could use my DJI Remote, they sent an ELRS version. The box has the option to be PNP DJI and ELRS and ELRS is checked but I am guessing they do not offer it because I opened a service ticket saying they sent the incorrect product, and it has been three days with no response. I opened a case with my credit card company, maybe that will get a response out of Emax. I guess that is why RDQ and GetFPV do not have the PNP version. Leson learned don’t deal with a company that has no phone number or way to contact them.
I still use my Emax Babyhawk II HD 155mm F4 AIO 25A ESC 4S FPV Racing Drone BNF Caddx Nebula Pro Vista HD Digital System TBS. Personally I can see a smidgen of improvement with the DJI 03 system over the original air units and the Caddx Nebula Pro Vista units etc, but not enough to where I consider my Babyhawk as well as my seven other DJI original system quads obsolete, as so many online reviews and especially DJI themselves would have you think. The proof is in the pudding, and although I am guilty of always having sought the latest and greatest, the cost and amount of work to upgrade the 8 digital quads I own to 03 is too great, especially when I have to squint my eyes to tell the difference. Won’t be long before DJI upgrades the 03 system in an attempt to render it obsolete. Nuts I say!
I still have a ton of air units and vistas. But going out the door if an 03 is siting there I def grab the 03. Just looks way better of course. But I’d fly whatever. Any hd is good stuff

i ordered the o3 unit and the integra goggles for my babyhawk 2 analog, i upgrade it to the o3. Is there a way to get the camera mount and things (3d files)? i have a Bambu X1C but i need the print files to make it compatible.
Whats the PID and Filter Settings on the Drone? ive upraded my Babyhawk 2 Analog to o3, got vibrations in DVR Footage (with softmount), got new camera, now i get those vibrations only in rocksteady footage, DVR is smooth. Wondering if i changed my PID or filters accidentaly. Can you Provide a screenshot or so? If i use the dump file from emax, it does delete all my changes in betaflight, right?
You can make it bindeable with both yourself, you just have to add some different wiring. These cheapo bastards usually hog the SBUS for whatever receiver-style you ordered.

yes, o3 with 3.5 inch is a sweet spot
Yep great little quad .. I’ve got the previous vista version I find I fly most when at home due to low noise level when compared to my 5 inch … 👍🏼

An 850 4s in my 3 inch with an XT60 connector is great but a low C and XT30 is not so puchy

No if you get the Pnp Dji 03 one you can bind to the 03 as a receiver ! ✨🤙🏼
