Before watching this video, listen to this!! the rules in polandball say that you CANNOT use circle tool in polandball, evern if its warped, the charm of polandball is that the circles dont look perfect, handdrawn 2. copy+pasting flags/emblems are also NOT allowed in polandball, draw the flag yourself. ther flag doesnt have to be 100% accurate, but you have to draw it urself 3. You cant make a pre-set of eyes to use, same thing for balls, draw then yourself everytime! 4. Save images as .png and turn off anti-aliasing (for ms paint users, use the pencil tool) (side note, i didnt see the rules in #4 be broken, im just putting it there so people know) Thank you for reading my paragraph about the rules
