I was out there fathers day weekend and it was PACKED! Didnt end up catching anything but there wasnt a whole lot of fishable water with families of people wading in the river
I aim for the steep narrow areas with fast water and fish the soft pockets when it’s crowded like that. I decided to relax on the shoreline up on the reservoir that day. It’s kind of crazy in there with the high water right now.
