Looks like really good food! Interesting how they don't serve the same in Mexico as other places that serve Mexican food. Also, the Mayan ruins sound like they'd be interesting to see!

Please do a road trip on the search of authentic Texas Chili. ( also make sure you can let people know about the weird Kentucky chili ..they put spaghetti noodles and sugar in theirs ..yuck lol )

Mexican food is so delicious, it's not surprising that it's found its way around the world. I think restaurants serve fajitas that way for show rather than trying to mimic how it's done in Mexico.
