35 min SAVAGE UPPER BODY DUMBBELL Workout

- This 35 minute SAVAGE Upper Body Dumbbell Workout Covers all the muscles groups of the upper body. The workout contains 2x block of exercises. Each block Contains 10 movements, each movement for 40 seconds long and with 15 seconds rest in between. We will perform each block for 2x rounds in total.
Reminder: you can increase the intensity of the workout by using heavier weights, or increase the volume of the workout by adding extra rounds to each block. You can also do this routine by counting your repetition with each exercise instead of working with the timer!
Please find below the script of today's upper body dumbbell Workout:
BLOCK 01
1. Floor chest press
2. 3x count elevated push up
3. Bent over row
4. Alternating Kneeling high row
5. Pick up & press
6. Front to side raises
7. Decline alternating chest press
8. Decline wide chest press
9. Single arm 3x count hold row
10. Single arm 3x count hold row
BLOCK 02
1. Narrow chest press
2. Bent over back pull
3. Pullover bridge
4. High plank alternating row
5. Rear delts to full front raise
6. Alternating hammer curl
7. Behind the neck Triceps extension
8. Narrow grip curl
9. Lying triceps extension
10. Shrugs

This was a great workout.
This is a truly awesome one... I feel savaged for sure!! Very motivational one too. I felt like I was in a public gym in the old days on a PT session. A great classic style workout and it sounds like your new idea to have these PT ones which I absolutely love! Please keep these ones coming with variations and we will love it. Usually you use 3 pairs of dumbbells, but I only have 2 pairs at home, so this session is perfect for that! Thank you for everything, you are awesome !!

Great workout, Daniel! It was tough yet still doable. Also, I really liked how you staggered your feet for the triceps overhead press and leaned against the wall for the close-grip bicep curls - my back tends to lean a bit towards lordosis, and your versions were much more comfortable for me. I also love your kettlebell routines!

Xaris, I have 5kg, 18kg and 32kg dumbbells...
@@DANIELPTFITNESS coach I have a pair of 2kg, 5kg, 7,5kg and 10kg these are the dumbbells that I have available for my work out and also I have one kettlebell of 8kg and 10kg as well
@@elenixaris2011 sounds good! At some point you might wanna buy heavier weights for the leg, chest and back exercises - but if you find the weights challenging enough at this point please stick to those for now :)
