You and that ARL 44 tag teaming that entire group of enemies was awesome, you guys were covering eachother perfectly. Unspoken teamwork in games like this is amazing
Fun fact: if you want to move a dead tank quickly. Attach the tow cable. It activates the tracks so it moves easier.

It’s crazy how good the gun carrier is, WAY too many people sleep on it but honestly it’s kinda a monster. You can even bring the brilliant Matilda and a batshit crazy crusader, some of the best tanks even. Greatest lineup.
It's a hidden gem. Really good tank at 2.7, and even in uptiers
There's also the Archer if you can use it right with its 17-pounder

@@wenlock8069 The Archer delivers distilled pain to the enemy at the cost of causing pain to the driver as well to aim it and move it around. It's a pain machine.
@@wenlock8069 Considering it's the lowest vehicle that has the 17-pounder, and the 17-pounder with the Shot mk.8 is viable up to the 6.0 rating, yeah. ANYTHING with a 17-pounder is viable. I love the Archer for it.
Seeing how well that ARL-44 was doing makes me want to ask if you'd consider doing a video in it or some other frenchies!

i think france really shines at about 7.7 where it gets a lot of interesting tanks. dollar is familiar with the sirbias, but why not take a Lorraine or Foch out??

@@esplooze nah the 75mm shells get auto integrated to be part of the tank.
The sherman 105 is one of my favorite tanks in the game. Especially if you're downtiered to 1.7.
@@esplooze I prefer using the Marder 3 H, gun is more reliable against M4s and T-34s somehow

ah yes. i love this tank. you can angle so good. and when you slap your decal on it you basically become the doom slayer. its like the tiger but seal clubbing.

@@federicoparea2036 in a full uptier? absolutely. ever since the panzer 4h and j got downtiered to 3.7 its reign has been shut down quite a bit. but anything below that and you are generally invincible if you rub some braincells together. its armor is equivalent to the 4.3 churchill, and it sits at 2.7. its basically the british m4a3 105 but its a casemate.
with some thought, i wouldn't quite generalize the tank as "situational at best".
The armor on this thing is INSANE!

@@Factao No, it's based off of the C-III chassis, you can tell by the way it looks and the armor stats.
When I was starting the British tree, the gun carrier was one of my favs.

I very distinctly remember my experience with the gun carrier as a fun time. On paper it looks unbeatable at such a low br but new players don’t really play patiently and even at low br there are still guns that can punch through if you don’t angle. This video makes me wanna play it again! Thank you dollar :]

If the enemy dosent "see u" he may be doing it on purpose hoping that u dont notice him too.
It's really a very powerful shoebox. No one can penetrate the diamond angle.

When I play WT I too listen to synthwave, it is as if the angle master's spirit is with me as I play, guiding my every movement and every shell I launch at the enemy. Selects Tiger I* Loads cassette tape* "What we gonna do right here is go back, way back, back into time".
