It looks like you took off you heal shifter, I did the same thing, I don't like them. I noticed you slid out your toe shifter to the edge of the shaft and added some type of spacer, which I am very interested in. Is the spacer something you can order from someone? Thank you!!

Sorry for the delay, Ive had a few rides now and it does make a difference. It reduces the effort for sure and the loud engagement has disappeared. It is worth the $100 IMO.

Did you think it made an improvement? I heard these 24’s went into neutral much easier than the earlier models.
