Yeah, and when they don’t know when to give up, I’ve seen many chases where they chase a ghost for 5 minutes their ego is too huge to call off a chase.
Just a little tip for yall that have much slower vehicles... If they try to pit you and you obviously are under powered and cant smash on it and pull away then your option is when they pull up beside you and are about to pit you.... Stand on your brakes!!!!! They will shoot right past you and give you more time to figure out you need to take corners at very high speeds if you cannot beat em in the straightaways then find more corners!!!! Given your a good enough driver...not that I have done any of this before😁😂

If he passed the entry exam to become a police officer he's already proven he isn't a smart man. Police officers do not get hired if they have too high an IQ. Google it
His patrol car was damaged, you can hear it clearly at 05:55, cops are typically better drivers than average people so he would've kept going if it wasn't for the damage.
Aint no way the cop tried to lane split between 3 cars at 3:46. One split second off and that wouldve been absolute tragedy. Some them chases just not worth it
That alone should have cost him his job. There is no room for that kind of reckless behaviour from public servants. He almost committed manslaughter over a traffic ticket. @@RTLife I don't really understand the luck comments. Some luck is always involved, but even when the cop car was full on the scat was walking away. Now if he escaped more of the pit attempts (and that whatever it was was real lame police driving - that cop must go by tv show chases for training) I would agree with more of a luck assessment.
Like I mentioned in a previous video, if you ever come up in western 🇨🇦 let me know please, I'd love to go for a burn!! 😉😂 Keep'em coming good sir. It's still free for us to daydream about owning cars like yours. 🍻
Lol it's obviously not to abide by the law but rather better letting other drivers know as much as possible about what you finna do, I've ran and got away using blinkers many times if I hadn't who knows might have had a collision while running... The object is to get away in one piece... Not much use if you total your car not getting away then lmao
In general most vehicles are a lot more delicate in the front than in the rear as to colliding at much more than 5 or so MPH speed differential although a hit to the rear while turning might cause a car to lose control but in the video the speed was too low to make the fleeing 392 spin out - or it just powered out of the potential spin- and ran away faster than it had done before
Cop is driving his ass off to catch the perp, but the perp's Scat Pack had the definitive HP advantage. Looks like the cop's vehicle went potty, causing the chase to end abruptly. Would still love to see some Dodge police cruisers with Scat Pack or Hellcat powertrain, now that'd even up the score.

Idk why people run in back roads, these cars aren’t made for that. If you gonna run know where u at and where u going but def gotta hit a freeway cuz straight line is where these cars go
So, the next time someone asks whether I should get a 5.7 or a 392, show them this video, lol. I think he ran into it by accident or did not have any brakes left.
Cop had his chance to take him out if he didn't slowed down tomuch and rear ended him on the driver side the charger would had spun out and lost his rear wheel
Can I just make a observation? These aren't vehicles you buy and run. They appear to be heavily modified, driven by people with a very high level of driving skills. Wanna find out who they are? See who has spent alot of time at road track driving schools. They might have more luck finding these people. These guys know how to drive.
Wasn't terrible driving. I think the cop got a flat at the end, likely from the pit maneuver. But ol boy sure did pull away like the cop was standing still. Just shows the breakaway between a 6.4 and a 5.7.
It's ridiculous that they allow these cops to chase some one so such a high rate of speed and risk killing the driver and innocent people on the road for what, they were speeding!?!?!
So laughable the way the blue light SUV shows up to get in the game 20 seconds after the blue light Charge Pursuit stops. Those police SUVs are worthless in a chase.
I don’t think he got lucky in fact the cop got saved if he didn’t hit him he wouldn’t of made that turn, I think the dude is skilled that speed and breaking was necessary for that turn. What yall think ?
If, and that's a big if. If police were smart and actually cared about public safety, they would take the vehicle license plate number, call it in and get the driver's home address and have a unit sitting there waiting for him to get home and arrest him there. It wouldn't be as exciting but you'd put a hell of a lot less people in danger. You know, the ones you're supposed to protect! I could understand the chase if that person was wanted for a major crime but usually it's something less severe like window tint or failure to signal a lane change.
I didn't quite catch that at first. That was incredibly dangerous for everyone. With that cops lame pit or whatever and that he should never be involved in high speed chases. Gonna kill someone
I wonder, when watching this video, who was on the Police side or the Charger side. I am on the cop side because I am sick and tired of people speeding IRL. It's loud and it always happens at night near my house making it so I cannot even sleep.
Neighbor has a 6.4 and says that only the V6 can be had with AWD Policeman outdrove the 6.4 but the 6.4 was just more car. Front ends have a lot more delicate stuff in them than back ends- especially if it is the back end of a vehicle with a heavy drawbar for a hitch receiver
That's probably why they're pushing EVs so much. Doubt this chase would have gone on so long in an EV . Range anxiety. Plus the top speed in an EV won't go past 140
UPDATE: This guy would eventually go on to get caught. Another officer spotted him after this....
Been subbed over a year, but don't reply often, adding the GPS speed of the troopers would be nice.THX🇺🇸
Using the turn signal was a nice touch.
Agreed. This is in my Top Three forsure!
Was he caught on the same night or a different day?
RTLIFE: Where's the Video of him Getting CAUGHT??? Also you think it was LUCK that he out drove the PIT???? Lame Amateur Opinion, Nope NOT

Amen to that bud.
