The officer knew he wouldn't and couldn't catch the rider. He stayed in pursuit because, more often than not, the person fleeing would end up crashing (1050). So the officer follows along, waiting to see any skid marks or dust trails indicating a recent crash.
What was the purpose of driving like that? That officer should be decommissioned and banned from ever working in law again. Too stupid to have authority.
Perfect example of the ego, carelessness, and above the law entitlement that defines most cops.. this is why we need robocops.. you can program the common sense into them
The patrol unit might do 130 on a good day going downhill with a tailwind. The Hayabusa will do 220 off the showroom floor and he really thought he had a chance. Not the sharpest tool in the shed.
Trooper was riding that SUV ass. Yes the cycle shouldn't have ridden on the shoulder but then the Trooper also puts everybody in danger riding Code 3 on and off the shoulder. Just to give him a ticket. Catch him another day.
The trooper has the duty to operate his "authorized emergency vehicle" with due regard for the safety of other motorists. He did not. The fact that he didn't wreck while driving recklessly thru a work zone doesn't matter. Making a traffic stop on a sport bike is not that important.
Wait just a sec. Not the cops fault. This is happening because of statutes created by state legislature governing rules of police conduct and pursuit policys. In my state/city if a bike runs from police and hes not wanted for rape, murder, arson or treason or other high felony then risk to cop, biker, and public persons & property is not worth executing a pursuit chase and they let them go. They realize if the biker was speeding or acting up on the road that he will likely ride that way again and it is probably a habit. While hes not killing anyone. Everytime he speeds or pulls a wheelie. Its one time closer to the time he gets caught and ticketed cuz hes unable to run or conditions allow of a pursuit to photograph him,his bike or read a plate. The police here dont sit and radar intown freeway traffic. Too dangerous. Freeways are open season speedways cuz cops dont buzz around on them at 100mph. All traffic speeds 10mph over which is 80. The fast lane is generally 90-95mph but still occasionally have to let a car going 100+ through. Drive whatever speed, just dont pass a cop and youre golden. Police no longer respond to car accidents here either unless its DUI or a fatality. Youre expected to exchange info and all phones have cameras, use them. If you request police come to your accident, could be 1-2 hours. I added a dashcam cuz cant live without one these days. And my state is a stop and identify state. Only ppl that must give i.d. to police is driver during traffic stop and ppl being arrested. Otherwise you must tell them your name if they ask but nothing more. Dont have to tell them SSN#,address, where you work, where youre going, where you came from, age,if you been in trouble before...nothing. i dont even carry i.d. outside my house anymore. Being nervous no longer satisfys "reasonable suspicion"neither does acting suspicious. Neither one is a crime. If you have a dirtbike or offroad motorcycle that has stamped on the frame,"offroad use only" then the DMV allows you to add lights, mirrors, turn signals and horn. Fill out a forn, let them inspect the lights and stuff and they will issue you a plate, title and registration and its street legal. Even with a 2stroke motor. Gotta love Nevada
Wow, I have two, but doing stuff to get in trouble with The Law isn’t one of them! I just enjoy the ride, not having to prove myself! A Vette doesn’t have to prove what it can do, a Busa (my) can do 185+! “SELF CONTROL IS, Knowing that I could, but not today!”🇺🇸
At the 2:00 minute mark the cops got close enough to get the license plate on the dash cam. They should just call it a day, have a few beers and show up at the rider's home in the morning to confiscate the bike & arrest him.
Way to dangerous! That's why there's radios is the cars..Should be a no chase policy involving high power motorcycles. The officer should be able to determine this ten seconds into the chase. A competent officer should know this.
Drove a Hayabusa for 10 years. There is almost nothing made that can catch it. Had my bike out for track day at Infineon Raceway in N Cal. Had it up to 185 on the straightaway out of the carousel. Scary trying to get it slowed down before. But what a lot of people don't know about crotch rockets on steroids??? They can't keep up with a good sportscar on windy roads. The tire patch on each wheel is about the size of a credit card. The other thing to know? Radio signals are a little bit faster than the Hayabusa.
A thinking Cop has two tools he/she can use... 1. Radio and 2. Helicopter backup maybe other units. But, realize your FIRST CONCERN IS PUBLIC SAFETY.... You can always get the offender if it is that important later.... Keep the shinny side up! EBW USN Ret SERVANT OF GOD

I was going faster than the officer today on 495 around DC traffic in a Subaru Forrester. Lol, u you tube know it all know nothing people's 😂
A 5.7L HEMI engine with 370 horsepower and a weight of 3900 pounds, plus added weight, is not going to catch up to a hayabusa that weighs 600 pounds. Less weight and more torque is the real power factor here. The power-to-weight ratio is significant.
Your not catching a hayabusa!! And if it is modified don’t even try it!! I seen one with a turbo and under the seat had a small bottle to feed it!! You’re losing your money 💴!! If your a tech your not catching these modifications!!
I'm a biker and scenes like this just piss me off. That guy on the bike is an ignorant ass hole. A danger to everyone on the road. The Trooper was just doing his job. The dude on the bike should have just pulled over. Obviously he had something to run from otherwise he wouldn't have done that. He should have just stopped. What an idiot.
That’s crazy how people are entitled these days! If the cop is pursuing the biker is because he have some motive! He is working and not playing around. Imagine if you guys call 911 and the cop decides to respect all the speed limits and not to hurry up? Or if he gives up to try to get to an on going crime scene to assist, because he maybe not get there in time? Remember, by law cops have obligation to act! He may not succeed, but he doesn’t have an option do to nothing.
Unless the guy on the bike murdered someone I just don’t understand why the cop would take it to this level. He is risking his life, the lives of the people on the highway and the guys life on the bike. Is it really worth it!!?? Let me guess, the guy on the bike was speeding…so what!!
The best chance to catch a Hayabusa is when it is parked.

I said I wouldn’t hurt nobody. I was the only person on the road. There was no other traffic. Zero traffic turned around on me and pulled me over which I don’t run from police I don’t want felony charge, then lose your motorcycle and go to jail. It’s not worth it now if I had a bullet bike hidden, never see me again.
The officer knew he wouldn't and couldn't catch the rider. He stayed in pursuit because, more often than not, the person fleeing would end up crashing (1050). So the officer follows along, waiting to see any skid marks or dust trails indicating a recent crash.
Why endanger everyone because you have a chip on your shoulder?
Those bikes go from 0-90 in about 6 seconds and have a top speed of 160. Unless the biker crashes...... you are just wasting your time.
Try a bit higher on the top end....my 600cc would do 160....35yrs ago....
The person who needs to be arrested . Is the moron highway patrol man. So many lives could’ve been lost because of his ego.
Cops don't, practice Public Safety. Only egomania.
Bike didn't take off nearly as fast as it could have. Good thing for safety reasons
What was the purpose of driving like that? That officer should be decommissioned and banned from ever working in law again. Too stupid to have authority.
And there are Hayabusas with 500HP turbo power 🚀 faster than the police radio. Bye bye baby.
So get that bike and some GoPro cameras and show us
@@pattiesalon Why? We already know it can be done. Happy 12th birthday!
@@pattiesalon Already been done, look at "Ghost Rider Hayabusa videos" except its in Europe. and over 10 years ago.
Perfect example of the ego, carelessness, and above the law entitlement that defines most cops.. this is why we need robocops.. you can program the common sense into them
Not worth the risk, tremendous waste of fuel for the municipality..m😮
What do you become if you have absolutely no skills? A cop 😂🤡🤡
"Viscously", huh? Must have made an oily mess!
You caught that too 😊
Damn withput S🤪🤪🤪
He gone
Cop is a fool
That’s putting it nicely!
The patrol unit might do 130 on a good day going downhill with a tailwind. The Hayabusa will do 220 off the showroom floor and he really thought he had a chance. Not the sharpest tool in the shed.
ego
Damn Big Boy on a BUSA. He was late for dinner, you ain't catching him🤣 Hayabusa either you on one or behind one 👍👍👍
Finally a proper rider who knows how to ride a hayabusa!
Reminds me of Sheriff Buford T Justice
What is it that the Arkansas cops say "we'll chase you. We'll catch you ". Disclaimer "most of the time ".
Trooper was riding that SUV ass. Yes the cycle shouldn't have ridden on the shoulder but then the Trooper also puts everybody in danger riding Code 3 on and off the shoulder. Just to give him a ticket. Catch him another day.
This guy was no amateur rider . He knew his bike he knew the lay of the land . What he pulled off with is not easy to do . He is a very good rider .
Patrolman should be fired for the way he was driving. What poor judgement!
Ideal conditions, roadway for the bike.
Don’t even try to catch that.
The trooper has the duty to operate his "authorized emergency vehicle" with due regard for the safety of other motorists. He did not. The fact that he didn't wreck while driving recklessly thru a work zone doesn't matter. Making a traffic stop on a sport bike is not that important.
The cop was an idiot and the busa was slow
That officer had total disregard for public safety, seriously for a speeding bike.
Complete reckless driving by the cop!
Description:A sport bike your not going to catch
This was Dangerous and reckless for The Officer to continue perusing this chase.
At the 2:00 minute mark the cops got close enough to get the license plate on the dash cam. They should just call it a day, have a few beers and show up at the rider's home in the morning to confiscate the bike & arrest him.
"Viciously leaves trooper" ?
Dude took 2 minutes to get out of sight. Meh...
That’s disappointing that was a ASP. That was absolutely pathetic!
Stupid to chase him through heavy traffic... and passing on the right. Si a citizen's arrest!☹
Ignorance of LEO’s is undeniable.
Way to dangerous! That's why there's radios is the cars..Should be a no chase policy involving high power motorcycles. The officer should be able to determine this ten seconds into the chase. A competent officer should know this.
Really ! Cop blowing in and out of traffic like this is dangerous-biker obviously wasn’t driving drunk so WTF.
Hes more chance of winning the lottery than catching a busa
Does 100+ on the shoulder for seemingly his own enjoyment. Not a game. Worse than the biker.
This should be arrested for endangering people's life
A thinking Cop has two tools he/she can use... 1. Radio and
2. Helicopter backup maybe other units. But, realize your FIRST CONCERN IS PUBLIC SAFETY.... You can always get the offender if it is that important later....
Keep the shinny side up!

No car has a chance against a performance street bike.
Honestly the cop wasn't really even pursuing him, he just put on a show. That cars capable of much greater speeds. Probably was bored and just felt like getting on it a tad bit.
Ah, reminds me of the good Ole glory days. Young and dumb and lived thru it.
I lived in Arkansas for years. I thought the cops had a ‘do not pursue’ order.
Your not catching a hayabusa!! And if it is modified don’t even try it!! I seen one with a turbo and under the seat had a small bottle to feed it!! You’re losing your money 💴!! If your a tech your not catching these modifications!!
It should be illegal for the police to drive like such lunatics! Passing on the right shoulder?! You are more a danger than the biker!!!
Have air support from the Arkansas State Police! a Suzuki Hayabusa can't outrun a helicopter or a small surveillance airplane, for sure!
The officer is a threat to public safety.
Wasn't it the guy he passed before he turned off? Similar appearance.
Dang it! Alexa, where's the nearest Hardee's at?
That’s crazy how people are entitled these days! If the cop is pursuing the biker is because he have some motive! He is working and not playing around. Imagine if you guys call 911 and the cop decides to respect all the speed limits and not to hurry up? Or if he gives up to try to get to an on going crime scene to assist, because he maybe not get there in time? Remember, by law cops have obligation to act! He may not succeed, but he doesn’t have an option do to nothing.
This officer must be fired and prohibited from ever being in law enforcement further !!!!
All the felony danger to the public, was caused by him !!!
Unless the guy on the bike murdered someone I just don’t understand why the cop would take it to this level. He is risking his life, the lives of the people on the highway and the guys life on the bike. Is it really worth it!!?? Let me guess, the guy on the bike was speeding…so what!!
That trooper should have not even waisted his time or gas.
