Can you share what powders are used! I just wanted to know so that I wish I was there so I could just bite into one! We make candied apples also but I love the look at those and especially the different flavors that may be on them You guys did a wonderful job Thank you for sharing
In the US we call those candy apples. We also have caramel apples. These are sold at fairs and carnivals. And lots of people make them at home in the fall. I live in NY and fall is when many people go apple picking. They are delicious.
What kind of apple is that please?? Is it Braeburn? The taste of the apple itself is of course also very important. Is should match with the cover and make a delicious combination. Thank you for replying. 🫶🫶
If you asked what that yellow powder was: Most likely roasted soybean flour. That's often used for candies at least in Japan and Korea. It has a nutty flavour.
Sorry That’s Chinese food not korean food.. Just don’t let culture appropriation things happen more thanks 🙏 Tanghulu is our traditional Chinese food which alreday existed in Tang dynasty. We eat it since we’re kid It just becomes popular in recent years in Korea and Koreans introduce them like local food 🤮And they change the tiny point of it and advocate to the world as Korean Tanghulu. Even Tanghulu is exactly Chinese pinyin( our pronunciation character) and Korean can’t explain what does Tanghulu mean 😅. They put K-food mark on Tanghulu and sell everywhere. Koreans like to blurry Chinese food as East-asian food so that they can become something shared in common with Koreans or totally become Korean food later. While it’s really bad culture appropriation behavior 😅

¡ De a mordidas !
Now I'm craving a caramel apple with nuts! ❤
What poweders do they add on top?
